Stayed here after seeing glowing reviews on trip advisor and I wasn't disappointed! Perfect location if you are visiting the Plymouth pavilions as its an easy 5 minute at most walk.

I was immediately impressed with the clean and modern decor and the warm and genuine greeting from reception. We stayed in one of the standard double rooms. It was fairly spacious considering it was only a standard room. Very clean and loved the decor and high ceilings! . We had a flat screen tv as well as free wireless which was great! Was very quiet and had a great night sleep!

Breakfast was delicious!! Good choice of hot and cold food and again excellent service!

My only negative, and it's a very small one is you could here some.noise from the upstairs, but was only slight and only heard in the morning so didn't effect sleep, might only be an issue in some rooms, we were in room 17.

All in all a great stay and if I find myself visiting Plymouth pavilions again will definitely stay here !

Really friendly helpful people, real museli for breakfast, excellent value for money and only
1 minute walk from Plymouth Hoe, (you don't get a sea view at this price).
Comfortable bed, warm room. Free broadband.

Room Tip: I had room 6 - a single room. The back wing was separated from the main staircase. Rooms 6 and 7 had...

My young family of 5 stayed in the family suite which perfect. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to accomodate us. They were very patient and friendly with our little ones and went out of their way to keep them happy. The breakfast was excellent, again catering for our childrens various needs. The location was excellent and no problems with parking. We will definately return.

a very pleasent place to stay though difficult steps to get in not brilliant for the disabled but they were so helpful and pleasent we managed to get through the problems with a lot of help from a wonderful staff no problems with dietary needs and very helpful .the food was good and plentiful.the price was very reasonable .best of all it was extremly close to the pavilions theatre.this is an ideal place to stay if you are going to a concert there.

Room Tip: rooms on the top are more quiet but a heck of a climb

Visited this b&b again. Totally last minute. As before, polite, efficient service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfasts. A good location near to the hoe, the sea and bars and restaurants. This time we had a family room - one double & 2 singles

On our one night stay in Plymouth we stayed at The Grosvenor. Good location for walking to the Hoe or Barbican. We were met with a warm welcome from friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. A clean and tidy room. A great full English breakfast. What more could you want.
