Description: Probably been there for four years or so this small unit in a side lane just off the marina in the old Plymouth harbour has acquired a reasonable reputation as a small specialist north african restaurant with a wide selection of meals and an imaginative effort to present the appropriate ethnic style and decor. Worth an entry.

3 of us shared 6 meze plates for £28 - plenty of food and plenty of flavour - lovely. Friendly service too.

First time we've been here. Went for a joint birthday.
Cosy little restaurant with friendly staff.
The meze was very nice and good value at £20 for 6 meze and a bottle of wine.
The main course, whilst very large, was not as flavoursome as one would expect from Moroccan food, in fact it was rather bland. We did tell the waiter this on paying, and was informed that we should have asked for more chilli. Note to self then, to ask how hot the meal will be before ordering. Although I would have expected a tagine to be spicy and flavoursome as standard.
That said, we'll probably go back - but just for the meze.

This place is small but cosy, food was ok, ambience was good. Went there for lunch and dinner on a few occasions. Taste wise provided us with a nice change to morrocon food. Have not eaten here recently though.

Love this place. The higgledy piggledy array of colourful fabrics, Moroccan lanterns & hookahs; the fabulous smells & the wonderful foods! Good variety of choices for vegetarians, great waiting staff & a lovely atmosphere that brought back happy holiday memories! Highly recommended, been back several times already & WILL return again. Try the Arak liquor - phew!!! :)

Went for a meal with my husband and chose dishes off the mezze, overall very good, food tasty some better value than others. The scallops very tasty but 3 tiny scallops for £4.95 a little too much really. Would go again.
