our room was small but had everything that was required. the bed was very comfortable the only down side was the noise from the road as it was right on the main road making the location great so no real complaint. we would use this hotel again.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am pleased that you enjoyed your visit. Many of our guests contact us to request a room at the rear of the hotel as they feel that this reduces the traffic noise.
We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

The hotel was very clean, staff at greeting very good.

Room was clean, but bathroom needs updating, found lots of black mould around the bath. .

A person who has had joint replacements below the waist needs a walk in shower.

Had a good nights sleep, bed good, but it is not good for people with joint replacements.

When booking on the internet, it does not give you an option to include any disability's for room, that you would need.

Stayed here for one night en-route to further South. It's definitely a good little hotel, it is laid out like a motel. It's a cheap and cheerful type of place. There is plenty of parking but it's only a 10 minute taxi into town if you want to go for a drink or dinner. My room was clean and tidy. The breakfast is buffet style, the food is not brilliant but there's plenty of it and a good variety. The only negative to this hotel is the motorway just outside, it can be a bit noisy but if you're a heavy sleeper you wont notice. This is also an advantage as it's easy to find and you're back on the road in no time. The staff I met were lovely and really helpful with suggestions of where to eat and drink in town and calling cabs.

Room Tip: Light sleepers should request a room at the back.

The accomodation was ok for the price. Not a holiday hotel, more of a workmans stopover. The "all you can eat breakfast" was awful. The cooked choises were limited and of the cheapest quality. The breakfast staff were very uncompromising. Certainly not worth the extra charge.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the breakfast. I am particularly concerned at your reference to 'uncompromising staff'. I would really appreciate it if you would contact me on 01752 601087 or by e mail on H2093-GM@accor.com with more information.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks

Excellent , can't fault in any way very clean , friendly , and excellent value for money.

The ibis is just off a main road into / out if Plymouth , but your room is extremely quiet still, it's not far from the city centre at all, just a short cab ride.

The only thing I can sort of fault is the price of breakfast £7 each but for £7 you can have as much as you like so can't even fault that .

Defiantly staying again.

Car failure in freezing conditions meant we missed our ferry. Two adults, two dogs and an enormous caravan stranded in Plymouth for twelve hours! This hotel was brilliant. They found us a room, waived the check in time ( we arrived at 8 am) and let us straight into a warm room, with both dogs and showed us where we could safely leave the caravan. Plenty of hot water and a bath put us right. The room was small but clean and comfortable.
