Very easy to find the hotel. Reception staff very very efficient and very friendly. The room was great value for money. The evening meal of pie and chips was basic but all that was needed after a long drive. Comfortable and warm room. could do with a few more TV and radio stations!

A very comfortable hotel handy for the A38 Staff were friendly and helful and the room price very competitive. We would definately come back. All the rooms are chalet style opening onto a a covered verander. Cars are able to be parked right outside so no lugging heavy cases .

Stayed here one night whilst on business travelling round the South West. Very convenient location for moving on the next day, just off the A38. This road is very close though so some road noise could affect sleep if you have a room on that side of the rooms block. It's a fairly standard menu for this kind of hotel but the food & drink was good and freshly done. Breakfast is buffet style hot or continental cold, again quite standard but reasonable and eat as much as you like. Rooms perfectly adequate for short stay & have everything required; mine was very clean and had small desk to work at. Wifi is £4 an hour through Spectrum. All the 4 staff were very polite & helpful. Would use this place again as I think it's quite good value as well.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the far side of the rooms block, away from the road noise

We stayed here on a visit to HMS Scott, while my daughter was serving part of her navy days on, ideal commuting base to see something of maritime life.
Very clean hotel, ideal location, lovely resturant on site with lovely meals, would definately return.

Room Tip: Just ask reception which floor you require, and they will happily accomadate you if they can

this hotel is more of a motel and I felt like I was stepping back in time to 1950. The room was on the small side and the decoration rather dated with orange and green and the walls were white stippled effect. However ...it was clean . The bath was very small.
Staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful. Ok for a night stopover but not really what I expected.

Room Tip: ask for room overlooking the carpark so not so dark and dingy
