Nice setting, easy to get to, tasty food. Can get pricey but pretty much same as anywhere these days. Kelly, our waitress, is an absolute hero. Thankyou so much for making our meal so special. She went out of her way to accommodate whatever we wanted and did it with an unfaltering smile. Place was busy but staff handled it superbly.

I visted with my daughters this week for an early evenig meal. I liked the look of the place, the servers were attentive & friendly & food was served quickly. However, portions were small & considering that the average main course is about £15-16, I didn't find it good value for money. Zizzi is no more expensive than many other places, so maybe I'm out of touch. However, as there are so many places in Plymouth that offer better value, I'm not inclined to visit again.

3 out for a family meal. On arrival was shown immediately to our seat. Everything looks new and shiny and clean. Booth seats comfortable.

Ordered food from the £19.95 3 course menu. Bit pricey but it was a celebration meal. Ordered a mocktail which arrived with a Christmas tree twig stuck in it or was it rosemary?... Bit strange...however tasted nice.

Service was a bit on the slow side. Ambience OK.

The courses themselves were certainly nothing to write home about. Starters were OK. Dessert had its delicious moments but the main was not enjoyable at all. Potatoes were overcooked and soggy, green beans too al dente and the panchetta and chicken merged into one solid lump with burnt ends.

Upon ordering desserts we were told some of the desserts on the set menu were unavailable, however wasn't told this when we started to order originally which may have changed our minds.

Used the facilities. Nice and clean. But! First toilet had no loo roll no hand wash and no lotion. Second toilet had toilet roll and hand cream but no hand wash! Bit disgusting when you're eating and want to wash your hands properly!

This evening me and my partner came in for a meal at zizzi. We decided to go for the seafood risotto and chicken spicy pasta..both were mouthwatering! Service was incredible from start to finish, nothing seemed too much trouble. Georgia being our waitress always had a smile on her face. Food came out quick and hot. Will definitely be returning! Thank you for an amazing meal

Went for lunch with my two children amd husband for my son's 7th birthday as he loves pizza. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the kids' menu and activities were great. Great food and fantastic service. Our waitress Kelly heard it was our son's birthday and put a candle in his icecream. Would highly recommend
