The owners Patrick and Helen were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely go back there again. There is much to see and do around The Hoe and the Barbican areas.

This B+B is in great location for all main parts of Plymouth. It was our first time to the area and we walked to the barbican, hoe and town centre which could all be reached within a few minutes. We had a friendly welcome and enjoyed the room and bathroom. We stayed two nights and didnt have a problem, plenty of choice at breakfast with full english our choice!! Would definatly stay again and recommend

The proprietor of this B&B was indeed very friendly and offered tips on where to eat and where to go in Plymouth. Room and bathroom were also very clean. This is a decent but basic B&B which is reflected in the price. The room itself was okay, a simple double bedroom, but the en-suite bathroom was clearly a DIY addition to the room converted from an old cupboard. There was no bath and the shower was too small and difficult to use.
The best thing about this B&B is it's location. It is literally 2 minutes from the Barbican restaurants and pubs and no more than 5 minutes from the city centre and across the street from Hoe Park. There is a co-op around the corner as well.
Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again because of the state of the bathroom, but it may suite other people who don't mind that and value easy access to the Barbican.

Super little guest house right in the heart of Plymouth's Barbican district. Have stayed there many times and the welcome, cleanliness, breakfast, facilities, quiet, etc are A1. 2 min walk to W/Spoons for e/meal or eateries on the Barbican. Street parking right outside, free evenings. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

We are on our last day here and all i can say is a great big thankyou to our host. I came down with my other half to see family but no one had room to put us up so we booked this as a cheap alternative and were pleasantly surprised to find a warm comfty spacious room with art work and photos adorning the walls adding to the homely feel of the place. breakfast was fantastic if a little early for my liking! it is so near and convenient to everywhere like the aquarium, the theatre, cinema (cheap little independent), shops and restaurants.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights in July. This is a lovely guest house, it is located minutes away from the town centre, the Hoe and the Barbican. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with an en-suite. Breakfast was delicious every day and nothing was too much trouble. The couple who run the guest house were very helpful directing us around town and recommending restaurants for the evening. We would highly recommend for all.
