The Seawood Hotel is an excellent choice.
Very comfortable rooms. This time we stayed in the Countisbury suite. Previously we have stayed in Ragged Jack. Well decorated, very bright and clean. Lovely bathrooms.
Russ and Karinda are very freindly and always want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Beautiful views out to sea from most if not all windows.
We only ate breakfast in the hotel. A very good choice and all very tasty and well presented.

Room Tip: Any room is a fabulous room.

Stayed here for 4 nights in May. The hotel is in a beautiful location in the cliffs at Lynton with wonderful views over Lynmouth and beyond. The welcome from Russ and Kerinda was very encouraging and nothing disappointed - the room, the decor, the food (breakfast and dinner), ambience were all excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

I have to stay in a lot of hotels for my work, but this was unlike any I've ever stayed in. It was a perfect choice for a wedding anniversary and well deserving of the ratings it's achieved. Russ and Kerinda couldn't do more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It's a delight to find hotel managers who clearly care about their 'product'. Comfortable rooms and soooo quiet! Exmoor is stunning, too, and you are a short walk from some of its most stunning sights.

Everything about this hotel is first class - the food, the owners, the rooms, the views.... and the North Devon coast scenery is just stunning.

If you stay here I would definitely recommend eating at the hotel - you won't be disappointed.

Many thanks to Russ and Kerinda. After some initial confusion we were shown around this gorgeous hotel and to our stunning room. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and at home. The facilities were spotless and the location fantastic. Lynmouth and Lynton were lovely.
Breakfast was fabulous with tasty local treats. We were even made to feel welcome to use the facilities after we checked out.
Couldn't recommend highly enough and thoroughly looking forward to returning next year for two nights not just the one.
Watching my husband bump his knees is reason enough alone!
Many thanks.

We had a relaxing weekend in this lovely hotel.Kerinda was a wonderful hostess and nothing was too much trouble for her.She even booked dinner for us,although I wish we had eaten in..Next time !! We had a suite which included a comfortable lounge area with T.V and tea and coffee making facilities with beautiful views across the bay.Leading into the comfortable well appointed bedroom which had a T.V with MP3 player. The bathroom had a Bath and Seperate shower. The suite was modern, bright and very clean.Breakfast was excellent and the service brilliant.I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anybody.

Room Tip: The suite on the top floor.
