Lots of space to sit and right by the sea front. Lots of parasols to shelter from the rain, too!
We chose hot chocolate as it was that sort of day - great! They were very busy which is always a good sign!

We sat outside as the weather was good and enjoyed a relaxing cup of fresh coffee and scones after our long journey to visit Lynmouth. The owner was friendly and made our coffee just as she was about to close, would recommend The Coffee Mill.

We have been visiting Lynmouth for many years now, and we usually eat lunch on the go , so don't usually sit down for lunch, but after choosing the Coffee Mill we were extremely disappointed. We opted for a cream tea and Apple pie, and were very disappointed in both. The portion sizes are rather small for the amount of money it cost and the apple pie was awful. The pastry was wet and felt like it had been frozen for ages. extremely displeased. When asking a member of staff for any assistance or help you just get the impression from the majority that they just didn't care and wanted you out of the door as soon as possible.
Definitely will not be back, which is a shame as the views are perfect.

Stopped here for lunch last week whilst on holiday! I had a ham sandwich which was lovely! beautiful ham! My daughter had a crab sandwich & enjoyed it although did say it was a bit gritty!? My husband had the savoury scone with cheese & what was described as "homemade chutney" - he swears it was Branston Pickle out of a jar!!!
We enjoyed our lunch & although it was maybe a little pricey, we sat in the lovely courtyard with the dog watching life going by!! Bliss!
