My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while attending a wedding in the area. The farmhouse was charming, the rooms were clean and very comfortable with excellent views of the surrounding countryside from our bed!! The owners were charming and very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts were excellent, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, full English breakfast, kippers or your own combination, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this B&B and will most definitely be coming back. Fantastic value for money and worth every penny.

My wife and I spent a night here as we were celebrating our friends engagement at the Ship in Cockwood. After a long journey we were greeted by the cheerful Delia and a much appreciated pot of tea. We were shown to our room which was clean, large, had lovely views of the countryside and an incredibly comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble and after struggling to book a taxi (there were 2 weddings in the area that day) Delia even offered to drive us to the Ship.

Breakfast was great and there were a number of options available from a full English to croissants stuffed with ham and cheese. All in all we had a lovely stay and it was great value. We will definitely be staying again when we make the trip next year for the wedding.

Delia was very welcoming when we arrived (late!) and made us tea. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Delia does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible ad gave us good advice on a travelling route across Dartmoor.
Would love to stay again if we're in the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a short trip to the South-West. The place was just what I needed. Welcome tea and biscuits, helpful advice, a good-sized bedroom and a hearty breakfast. The wi-fi link worked perfectly (although the access-point was secured with WEP, rather than the safer WPA standard).

If you are using a GPS to find Mill Farm then programming in the postcode works !

Delia was very pleasant when I made the booking by telephone and she was equally friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room was large, clean and well appointed. She booked us into the Rodean restaurant just down the road - a delightful experience and an excellent recommendation. We had an excellent sleep - the number one requirement for any hotel or b&b. Breakfast was most enjoyable. Delia was an attentive host. We are looking forward to returning.
