I rented this apartment for a few friends to stay in visiting the area... It was very clean, airy and has plenty of space for the 5 guests I had visiting.
Great location close to the city centre, access is easy and the parking space is a great extra perk...
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The flat was spacious, airy and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were really comfortable. Access was great and the central parking a real bonus. Really close to all the shops ( lots of choice of high street and independent) / bars / restaurants / cathedral. Also 5 mins to the quay which also has a great pubs and unusual independent shops. The only downside was the traffic noise which is a personal issue and goes with being in the centre of a city. The hosts were really easy to contact and make arrangements with but equally didn't trouble us. The drains appeared to be an issue throughout Exeter at the time as water levels so high and could smell them at various times / places. Deliveroo in Exeter if you want to eat in. Most necessities already there - sugar, oil, loo rolls, tea towels etc Sky and TV etc works well. The hot water replenishes almost immediately if you think the bath doesn't fill up very much - it does - just wait a minute and the water is really hot to fill to a good level around the jets.

lovely flat Great views of Exeter rooftops. Location couldn't be better as well. 3 double bedrooms all good size. Would not hesitate to stay again

Stayed here with the family instead of booking multiple hotel rooms.
Found it clean and well laid out with a good sized kitchen and well sized bedrooms and comfy beds.
The apartment is well placed just minutes from the High Street and shops with a great view of the cathedral. The addition of secure parking for one vehicle was welcome.
Could do with a splash of colour to liven up the minimalist decor though.

Apartment was in excellent position for shopping centre and had great view of the Cathedral. It was very spacious and fully equipped. Highly recommend.

The apartment was right on the edge of the city centre and it really was only a two minute walk to the Cathedral, shops and restaurants.
It was clean, comfortable and a good size and did accommodate all of us without us feeling on top of each other. With parking at a premium in Exeter the reserved parking in the secure car park was an added bonus.
Kitchen could have done with a few extra utensils.
