Of all the gardens and parks which we have visited over many years, this has been the best Autumn display we have seen. With a train ride around the grounds, an Agricultural Museum, Hot House, Childrens' Play Areas. Something for everyone,

Am an avid gardener, so found the greenhouses and plants most disappointing. Nothing out of the ordinary although the Victorian greenhouse was an impressive site. The garden was bare and over-priced, and expected more colour with the trees. Was then charged extra for the disappointing train ride. Could not go into the church either, all in all, a waste of a trip.

After enjoying Bictons garden and children facilities for a number of months my 3 year decided to lose the membership card. Once i explained to the customer adviser on the phone she said its "company policy" to charge £9 for another one!!!. I asked why the cost was so high and she said it was because people were using other peoples membership cards so i said what if i bring photo ID with my address such as a driving licence, but she said you will still be charged £1.50 every time you come. It is a disgrace in my eyes charging someone over half the cost of a year long adult membership!!! and even charging when presenting proof of identity and address!. Will not be returning and this is a stark warning to all those with membership cards.....DON'T LOSE THEM!!!!

We were blessed with beautiful weather when we took over 70 people with varying disabilities to beautiful Bicton for their Christmas lunch
The venue looks stunning at any time of the year but was lovely today
The lunch was simply delicious and served piping hot
The staff were all friendly and professional making sure everything ran like clock work
The kitchen staff prepared another terrific Christmas lunch
Access for our guests with walking difficulties is perfect and our guests enjoyed a relaxing train ride around the venue
The final highlight for all was the long awaited arrival of the "real" Father Christmas
A tremendous day out for all and if you want to see Santa I strongly recommend visiting Bicton Park Botanical Gardens
Keep smiling

Went with 7 grand children and with both indoor and outdoor activity centres there's lots to do. Very nice walks in gardens and park and for the older children the up-dated museum is very good.
Only negative is that the indoor activity centre is very poorly ventilated and on a sunny day gets very hot and unbearable and any person prone to catching colds/coughs should be aware
