If you like a warm welcome, homely surroundings, and an unbelievably good breakfast then Pillowery Park is where you will find them. Chris. and Sylvia have got B&B down to a fine art.

The B&B is 15 minutes' walk from the South West Coast Path and the owner's directions and clear and accurate. The room, the breakfast and owners' hospitality were all excellent - we were even given a lift down to Clovelly to have dinner in the evening! Genuinely first class service - We would happily return.

A very lovely home with excellent accommodations. Chris & Sylvia were very nice and extremely helpful. They directed us to a wonderful pub along the beautiful coast at Hartland Quay. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. It's not within walking distance to Clovelly, but we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely couple run this well designed and functional B and B. Comfortable accommodation, great food (flexible menu for breakfast virtually all home made)
They have an assortment of games to play when you are bored and this includes the piano if you can play.
Colour television with freeview box so a good assortment of channels to chose from.
Excellent value for money and the attention to small details really made the stay a very enjoyable one with even an anniversary card for my wife and I from the host. Fantastic
Well done to Chris and Sylvia West and we would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a good base to work from when visitng North Devon and its attractions.

Room Tip: Choose a room that meets your needs rather than anything more which would be a bonus

We booked the double en-suite room at Pillowery as our last night's accommodation during our touring holiday to Cornwall and Devon. The B&B is in a very quiet lane and overlooks farmland.

The double en-suite room is lovely. It has a very comfortable bed set in a well-proportioned room with coffee and tea-making facilities. The en-site is large and very light and airy. The power shower is as good as it gets and was very welcoming after we scaled the cobbled streets in Clovelly that evening!

Breakfast was disappointing. My wife ordered a poached egg and I ordered a fried egg (both with bacon, etc). Both eggs were seriously over-cooked. We are not sure if Chris or Sylvia did the cooking but there were only four people staying so attention to detail in terms of cooking an egg would have been nice! Also, you eat on a full sized dining table with the other residents. We prefer to eat as a couple. You do not have that choice at this B&B.

David and Sylvia were very welcoming and their B&B is in a lovely quiet location.

Room Tip: Ask for the Double en-suite room

Although we offer a communal dining table, which 99% of our guests really enjoy as part of their home b&b experience, we can of course arrange for people to eat separately if requested.
