Walked by after visiting the castle and decided to have afternoon tea. A bit pricey at £10 each for two scones and a pot of tea each but the view was magnificent. The scones were lovely and light and the clotted cream - well say no more! We were being surrounded by wasps so one of the staff brought a small saucer with jam on it and placed it away from us which did the trick. It was a lovely way to spend an hour or so on a summer's day.
