The caravan is spotless your provided with everything you need even washing up liquid. It's quiet with excellent facilities. A bus can even can take you into town. Only downside is no little shop but there is one not far down the hill and failing that a vending machine that even holds semi skimmed milk! Buy don't forget the views are fantastic.

Fabulous view from the site. Just stayed one night but never left the view and binoculars were put to good use. The site is high on the cliffs overlooking the beach at St Ives and was spotless. The showers were hot, toilets clean, and we even found a bathroom.

This place is perfect for any type of holliday weather your sat out looking at the amazing views (and they are amazing ) ! Or walking into st ives witch only takes 10 mins to one of many blue flag beaches . Ayr holliday park is a must if you're going to st ives I could have stayed there for months ! We took our t5 with an awning and the pitch was perfect with our own picnic bench out side ! We will be back next year or again this year if possible . Well worth the 450 mile drive !

Lovely sight with probably the best views you'll ever get from a site.
Excellent toilet facilities, spotlessly clean, plenty of showers & toilets, proper showers where you don't have to hold button and always plenty hot water.
Grounds kept immaculate and nice touch with picnic benches.
Probably a little bit expensive but it is Cornwall but the view more than makes up for that.
Been about 4 times previous in my tent and will be back.

Just returned from a weeks holiday on this site. We have been touring Cornwall for over a decade and have to say this is the best we have stayed on. The site caters for all types from luxury statics (the manager Chris gave us a tour of one but more about him later) to the whole touring range ie caravans camper vans and tents. there is also a small field dedicated to short stay back packers. Now this is not the cheapest of sites i must admit but is THE ONLY ONE IN ST IVES. Hence you have stunning views over the bay and the town centre is no more than a 10mins stroll down hill. Of course its all uphill on the way back but buses and taxis are plenty if you dont fancy the exercise. The shower block is vey nice with the added bonus of a couple of wet rooms with wc. An added bonus is a bathroom. There is a small laundrette and games room. Now this is not a huge noisy site (you know the ones) but a nice sized tranquil site void of hustle and bustle. Often through the day the only sound you can hear is that of the little fishing boat engines out at sea. yes its that close. Now to the staff and the afore mentioned manager Chris Bell. Everything is kept shipshape under the ever watchfull eye of Chris. Nothing is too much trouble and help is always at hand. The team will even site your unit for you if you are struggling for some reason. There is always a smile from Chris and he has a great sense of humour. Running such a site must not come easy but he always seems to be on hand to help or give advice. One hell of a guy but then again he does originate from Yorkshire. You have to add this site to your bucket list!!!!!

A wonderful relaxing place to stay ideal for the family and close to the town and beaches.
The Caravans are top notch comfortable and relaxing. Central heating piping hot showers, colour TV, WiFi. A quite family site in the perfect location.
