The bread from here is wonderfull, the staff fantastic .
We had a garlic & rosemary focaccia . The surf & surfers were out. The beach was clean.
But the bread just made it special .
Go early and the smell of it being baked ( on the premises) with a mug of tea & coffee will set you up for the day.

We enjoyed one lovely dinner and another great breakfast here. The location is wonderful on the edge of the beach. It is not a restaurant. It is a cafe where you can sit on wooden bench tables or take your food on the beach.

We had a great time though. For dinner, we enjoyed two pizzas with our 4 year old son and lovely wine for us and Apple juice for him! When I ordered a prosecco and it was flat, it was immediately replaced with two glasses of wine. The service was faultless and very helpful.

For breakfast, the origin coffee is fab, as are the bacon sandwiches. Great location for laid back dining and great value for money.

Go to the west end of Pothmeor Beach and eat the sour dough pizza at the West Bakery. Great choices and a top lunch break. Pizza and a nice cold beer in this great location. Lunch doesn't get better than this !

We came here for a coffee in the hopes of avoiding the crowds in the centre of St Ives. We weren't disappointed. After a lovely walk across the beach we were rewarded with tasty cake and coffee (Victoria sponge cake with cream and jam and raspberry and white chocolate bakewell slice). No rush to move us on, amazing views over the beach. Staff friendly. Worth the extra effort to get there.

Go to St Ives a lot but as this café is the far side of the beach from town we have never visited. We were however tipped off by other family members who visited and said they serve the best bacon butties ever.
My son and I visited and were not let down at all. My wife and daughter joined us a day later and enjoyed. On Friday 30th May we had an evening Pizza (Pepperoni was the favourite) which we enjoyed, had a couple of glasses of wine (not the kids) which was also nice and to top it off out at sea a pod of dolphins swam by treating us to some amazing jumps out of the water.
Will definitely go again. I know they can't guarantee the dolphins but even without them the view is spectacular for a morning coffee or evening meal coming straight off the beach.
