Fantastic apartment in a great location. Apartment is to a high standard and fully equipped. Owner is very easy to contact with prompt response and provided a comprehensive welcome pack. We purchased a weekly car parking ticket (rover ticket) online before we traveled and parked at the Railway Station which is approx. 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend.

Really well appointed flat in the heart of St Ives, Furnishing and fittings are first class a real home from home. Welcome pack was really comprehensive, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone,

“Perfect holiday rental in St. Ives - the best apartment we have ever rented”

We have just returned home from a wonderful weeklong holiday in St. Ives – having stayed in the best holiday rental we have ever taken. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and equipped and very comfortable.
The two bedrooms had very comfortable beds – even for people like us who have back problems. At first we had doubts about the double bed and spent a night on the two singles which were excellent. However, we returned to the double bed which was perfectly comfortable. The sheets and towels were of high quality, and there were plenty of cupboards and storage space (we did not need to live out of our suitcases which we could store in the cupboards).
Although the larger bathroom (very large and well appointed) was cold after the heating went off late in the evening it was fine in the morning and during the day. The other bathroom was also excellent – plenty of hot water in both, and good pressure in the showers.
We took advantage of the washer dryer – which dries automatically after washing – so we could wash all our clothes at night and have them ready and waiting in the morning.
The living room and kitchen were upstairs – it took us a while to get used to living on two floors as at home we live on one floor. The living room is bright and airy with good light and comfortable furniture. In the evenings we relaxed in front of the large TV.
The kitchen and dining area were large and very well equipped with all the appliances – including a dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker – all of these worked well and there was a fie of instructions for all the appliances and other instructions about the house. There were plenty of cups, plates, pots and pans, glasses etc. Everything was in perfect condition and easy to use. We did most of our shopping in the two Coop shops which are open from early till very late – they had almost everything we needed to make all our meals. When we were in Penzance we bought frozen fish and other items which we stored in the freezer.
Unlike other places we have stayed, there was a good stock of coffee, tea, rubbish bags, tinfoil, clingfilm, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and other items – in the past we have always had to buy these items which is very annoying. At 2 the Bank every effort has been made to make your holiday comfortable and convenient – and we appreciated this very much.
We did not meet the owner, but communicated with Angela by whatsapp. She replied promptly and answered our questions – very friendly and helpful. Again the easy contact gave us peace of mind – and the knowledge that if we had a problem we could get help was appreciated.
We did not have a car – which suited us – and found plenty to do in St Ives and the area on buses and trains. We even went to an evening performance at the Minak theatre (on a cliffside – don’t miss it) as the theatre provided buses from the Coop!
The apartment is very central – but only three minutes from the beach. The bus and railway stations are a few minutes away – we managed to pull our luggage from the rail station with no problem, and five minutes after arriving in St. Ives we opened the door to the beautiful apartment.
In short – a terrific place to stay – well-appointed and clean – we highly recommend it.

Highly recommended, very clean and modern I was really positively shocked , It couldn't be more in a centre what is great only few minutes walk from the seeside, Just To mention that the main bathroom was totally unused as it was really cold in there , luckily we could use another one as we didn't go a big group and didn't need to share other bathroom
