“Crab Crepes = HEAVEN!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2013

I Love Pels!! They have a small dining area if you want to eat in but most people takeaway to eat on the beach or wherever. Lots of things to choose from including proper meals, snacks and naughty treats. Eg: mackerel fillets or ribs etc with salad and fries, curry, chilli, pasta, fish n chips, crepes, paninis, spuds. Very generous portions!!! I often buy 1 meal to share between 2. Staff and service=warm friendly. Crepes = divine!!! Lots of people go for the sweet chocolate crepes but try the crab crepe.....its stuffed with crab and sends you all the way to heaven!!! The only bad thing about Pels is that it closes in the winter!!!

“Fresh food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2013

Pels never let's us down, pizza, baguettes, sandwiches and the salad boxes are all fab. AMAZING crepes!! Go early for lunch if you want a table otherwise you'll have to risk the seagulls!

“Best pizza in town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2013 via mobile

Had a fantastic fresh cooked pizza, we couldn't decide between two different types, but that was no problem as they do half and half. Cheesy chips were very yummy as well, and the filled sweet and savoury crepes looked and smelt delicious, we will definitely be back before our week is up...

Note - if taking away beware the seagulls they will take anything right of your hand only inches from your face!

“Fresh, fast & tasty”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 4, 2013 via mobile

Wholesome food and extensive menu prepared by very cheerful, patient staff who appear to enjoy their work - despite the café being filled with unruly children and demanding customers. I had a baked potato but even this prosaic staple was done well. The seating area is small so this might not suit larger parties. Easy to find, great value and definitely recommended.
