“I love this place!”

I love this little cute deli cafe.
The owner has to be one of the best restaurant managers there is. He is always smiling, his staff are always great and this place runs like clockwork with a very loyal following! I have had breakfast and lunch here on many occasion and its just perfect every time.

Nothing is too much trouble and your dishes and coffees arrive with a smile, its not overpriced and you leave feeling you had a great experience.

I hope this place never changes, Mark you are great at what you do!

“good cream tea”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

Spent a lovely Bank Holiday Sunday in St Ives......just enough time for something sweet before heading back to the bus. What a good find-the cream tea, warm scones, clotted cream and tasty jam hit the spot. Washed down with a good quality pot of tea-well worth £3.95.

“Quaint and Quiet”
Reviewed May 12, 2013

Went here for lunch during a day trip to St Ives based on past reviews. Compact little cafe with a nice but limited menu choice. My wife an I both had salads, and the provided a small lunch for a 4 YO cooked to order, so kudos for that. Both salads were delicious. Staff were very friendly.

Would definitely go back again and try their brunch

“Nice and simple”
Reviewed May 8, 2013 via mobile

Had a nice brunch here. I had egg and bacon, my wife and son had home made potato and leek soup. Lovely service and very helpful. Quite a small selection of food but very nice and all served well.

“St. Ives Winner!”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Based on reviews, went after the May Day Parade in St. Ives. Full, but not crowded. I had the Cornish Beet baguette and my wife had the special sandwich, grilled chicken with goat cheese and roasted pepper on multigrain bread. My was top notch, the grilled chicken was over the top good. The owner handled a full house with grace and warmth, everyone worked very diligently to meet the needs of every patron. We sat next to a table of local folks -- very friendly and bragged on how good the Cornish Deli is and how often them came. One had the cheese plate and the other two had the full Cornish Breakfast -- both looked delicious, giving us two more reasons to return. We're here for 10 more days and figure at least two more visits.
