We'd enjoyed our first stay at Little Leaf a year ago so much that when we decided to visit St Ives again choosing a place to stay was a no brainer. We stayed in the same room as last time, Room 2, with wonderful views over the harbour enhanced since our last stay by the addition of a large skylight.

As before the welcome was wonderful, the house was fresh and spotless, breakfast servings were sumptuous with plenty of choice of prepared fruits and fresh yoghurt etc as alternatives to the Full English or Special of the Day.

There are so many thoughtful extras for guests convenience, an iPad, free WiFi, iPhone chargers, free cookies, lots of storage space, they even have an honesty bar!

Danny and Lee are the most amazing hosts. They were fully booked yet they have time for everyone and are happy to help with booking excursions and offering advice about attractions, restaurants, routes, what to wear and best times to visit. They make everyone welcome and comfortable and to this end nothing is too much trouble, it's obvious that happy guests makes Danny and Lee happy too.

This B&B is my yardstick to measure others by and I doubt I'll ever find a better one!

We recently stayed at Little Leaf, and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The house has been beautifully renovated and is clean, bright and cosy with lots of character. Lee and Danny are very sweet and welcoming hosts, and went out of their way to make sure we got the most out of our time in Cornwall. Our room on the top floor was a great place to come back to at the end of the day, and had a stunning view of St Ives harbour. Also, the breakfasts (and the cookies) are AMAZING. One of the best b&b experiences we've had – would definitely recommend Little Leaf to anyone visiting Cornwall.

We recently returned from our second stay at the Little Leaf, a delightful B&B in St Ives, with wonderful views across town and harbour Even if you don't book a sea view room, you'll have a great vantage point at breakfast, which is served in a room with a large bay window. Breakfast is a feast and there's always a 'special' each day. We can vouch for the vegetarian full-English option which is great. Rooms are clean, fresh and beautifully furnished. Lee and Danny are excellent hosts and it was good to see them again.

Recently stayed at this lovely B&B, run by two exceptional hosts, Danny and Lee. The room was spotless as was the breakfast, followed by the odd delicious cookie in the afternoon. Easily located from St Ives station, upon entering the B&B we were immediately at ease thanks to a generous welcome. Our trip was made extra special thanks to our choice of accomodation, and we would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you Danny and Lee.

I really loved staying here. The proprietors, Danny and Lee, were so lovely and incredibly friendly. They were keen to sit and chat, or to give you space to relax and unwind. The rooms were really nice and cosy. Room 2 had incredible views over St Ives and the harbour. Breakfasts were so delicious too. I liked the location because it was removed from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to walk everywhere. I'd love to return the first chance I get!

My family and I visited Little Leaf just last week and absolutely loved it. It made such a difference to our holiday. Danny and Lee were brilliant in every respect! They were generous with tourist information, restaurant recommendations and FOOD. We happily dug into massive breakfasts and free cookies everyday. They also cater to various needs, whether you like scrambled eggs, no beans, smaller sized portions etc. - which we abused every morning with our picky requests. They also have daily specials that are great if you want to change it up a bit, my family tried the cinnamon french toast with berries and cream cheese that I intend on replicating, and the salmon, scrambled eggs and homemade bread which was delicious as well. I could clearly go on endlessly about the food...

The guesthouse itself is located in a convenient spot, just 5-10 minutes from the co-op supermarket, town centre, beaches and bus/train stations. It is tastefully decorated with little details (I'm not just talking about the cookie jars on the table). The rooms are great, they are spotlessly clean and come with complimentary tea/coffee, comfortable beds, tv, ipod pods and lots of electrical sockets for laptops and camera chargers, which are crucial! There are also lots of info brochures that are available, although St Ives and its surroundings are great even if you wanted to wander around without a plan.

As we are not the footloose type of travellers I emailed Danny and Lee even before our arrival about what to do and where to go. As another reviewer commented, communications with Little Leaf is always swift and I was armed with loads of information just through our email correspondence. This says a lot about Danny and Lee's efforts towards making our experience at Little Leaf as personable, comfortable and stress-free as possible. For all these reasons and more, I'll definitely be back!

My daughter and I recently stayed her for our Birthdays and Danny and Lee were so helpful and friendly but at the same time not in your face. They helped us with finding places to go and eat, and nothing was too much trouble . We stayed in room 4 which is cosy and comfortable. This b and b would put many a hotel to shame. They have added all the right touches and ensure your stay is perfect. Lovely views at breakfast down over the harbour. Breakfast choices are plentiful, and different things on the menu every day. We hope to return soon. A big Thankyou. Your hard work obviously pays off by all the good reviews!!!
P.S I love the blogs on your site!!
