We stayed here for four nights with our relatives from Switzerland, and we all loved it. From the friendly email we received from Danny when we had made the booking, to the pot of tea and cookies on our arrival, Lee and Danny have definitely got everything covered. They are the perfect hosts, and you are made to feel very welcome in their home. Our rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were expanded to include a 'special' which could be selected the night before - a refreshing change from the norm. Everything is first class, and we will look forward to our next visit.

Room Tip: our room was at the back of the house, and was beautiful, but if you get a room with a sea view, the...

A wonderful place to stay! its spotlessly clean, Lee and Danny cant do enough for you, great food..... generous portions on the breakfast (in fact I ate too much lol).... comfy bed, great location and car park which is only £6.40 for 24hours... worth paying double that to stay at this place believe me.....i've told all my friends and family that if you go to St Ives you Must stay here!
Thanks Guys we will be back!

Room Tip: breakfast in the front window of dining room is beautiful!

We stayed at Little Leaf in the first week of September, and even though the weather was a bit mixed we still had a fabulous time. Danny and Lee are quite new to the B&B business, but you'd never guess - they are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in room 1, nice and bright and a firm but comfy bed for a good nights kip!

Lee cooks a great full english, but also offers a different breakfast option each day, including omlettes and Cinnamon toast.

We loved St Ives and Little Leaf and despite it being 460 miles from home I'm sure we'll be back again before too long!

ps - really missing the cookie fairy since we've been home :-)

We stayed here for one night in September and wished we had stayed for longer. The place is gorgeous and the owners Danny and Lee really helpful and friendly (we felt we had known them forever). They are a stones throw from the main car park and an easy walk into town. Lee suggested some places to go to eat and we went to the Porthminster Cafe on the beach which was one of the best meals we have ever eaten. I can't recommend the place highly enough.

We stayed for a short break to celebrate an anniversary, and were bowled over by the class of service we encountered. It was friendly but not intrusive, the complementary cuppa on arrival was just what we needed, Danny and Lee remembered our names at breakfast and when we met them in the street (impressive). Food was first class, no problems with vegetarians. (Lees banana muffins were a real treat.) Our room was well furnished and immaculately clean, while the lounge was a friendly space with great views over the town. The landscape around St Ives means that a fitness centre and spa would have been superfluous; all you need is a walk over The Island and a dip in the sea. We'll certainly be back. Jim and Song.

I've stayed at this B&B when it was under different management. Danny and Lee have completely refurbished the house, adding modern stylish decor, luxury bathrooms, balconies on some of the rooms, and a new eating/living area that's open for everyone's use. It's now a marvellous B&B to stay in, and they've achieved the perfect balance of comfort and luxury in a relaxed and friendly environment. The breakfast options are superb and Lee and Danny are friendly and helpful hosts. The prices were reasonable, especially given the newness of the refurbishment and the fact that it was peak season. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a great stay in St Ives.

Room Tip: Room 2 is the largest and most comfortable room, with a great view of St Ives harbour and a luxury b...

Lee and Dany run their B&B with much enthusiasm! Bedrooms are not only clean but also nicely decorated. There is w-lan in all rooms and breakfast ist great inkluding amazing view over st. ives. But there are also a lot of other things you would not expect: dvds to watch in your room, an iPad for free use in the living room to access the internet, books and even a book with recommandations for restaurants in st. ives. Lee and Dany care for their guests!
Parking is not easy in st. ives, but 200 m away from Little Leaf is a public parking, you have to wait about 10 minutes for a car to leave because it is really full but this turned out fine. Alltough its not cheap, abound 7 Pounds for the night, but thats St. Ives.
We really enjoyed our stay !
