Description: The Hub St Ives is situated in the heart of the town, we are a well established feature on the harbour front and an essential stop off for great coffee, fabulous cakes and amazing food. In the evening we are the ideal place for fantastic burgers or just to sip cocktails or sample one of our local and international craft beers and watch the world go by. We have a modern menu of really delicious burgers made in house from aged Cornish rare breed beef supplied by the fabulous Phillip Warrens of Launceston. Lobster Rolls when in season and daily seasonal specials. Our hot dogs are New York style but produced in the UK using 100% free range pork, oak smoked and seasoned with paprika, nutmeg & black pepper. Our burger and hot dog buns are produced by artisan 'Baker Tom' and delivered fresh everyday. As you can see our food is something we are fiercely proud of. Breakfast served between 9am and 11am Main menu served from 12noon Kitchen closes 9pm Bar open until late

Went here on a beautiful sunny sunday! We had the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time! Try the cheeseburger with blue Stilton. . That's amazing!

“If you like burgers & dogs....”
Reviewed January 26, 2014 via mobile

Visited on a Sat lunch late Jan. surprisingly busy but still only took 20 mins for food to arrive. Shared the slider & 2 bottles of Cornish Cider. Just over £20. Good value. Really tasty freshly cooked food. What's not to love?

“Excellent”

What a great place to eat. Food is great. I had the chilli burger which was superb. All 8 of us enjoyed our meals. The service was great and the food is very well priced. If you like American style dining then this is the place to go.

“Informal Dining - Lovely Food!”
Reviewed January 22, 2014

We ended up ordering the same thing, pulled pork, chips and coleslaw, it was excellent! The atmosphere is very relaxed and informal, you order at the bar giving the table number. I always think table service is best, maybe that's just me?! However, the service was friendly and informative and the staff were happy to answer our questions.

The view was great, over looking St Ives Harbour, and although I wouldn't go to The Hub for a romantic meal, I could see it working for some couples.

“Great if you like this sort of thing!”
Reviewed January 13, 2014 via mobile

If you enjoy a buzzy atmosphere, a youngish crowd and a great burger and more then this is the place for you. A great presentation and generous portions are great for hungry diners. A couple of niggles such as having to order at the bar rather than table service (realise this is their policy) and no booking for less than 10 is good for some I realise. If you would like an intimate evening this is probably not for you, but it is good at what it does and we had helpful prompt service, so thank you. Personally, although a smaller menu, I still prefer The Hub box in Truro. (If you could do the milk shakes there, that would be great thanks!!)
