We loved the perfectly formed apartment offered by Graham and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway for two.
Located right in the middle of picturesque Port Isaac, the higgledy piggledy streets make the whole experience charming and the hills will keep you fit too.
There is plenty to see and do nearby and lots of lovely places to eat too.
The Old Bakehouse is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with all you need for self catering ... though we found the local pubs and restaurants offer great choice to suit most pockets.
Graham provided great information beforehand about parking, shopping and things to do. No need to pack a hairdryer or even a first aid kit as everything you need is already there ... including a lovely bottle of wine on arrival.
Thank you Graham. We had a fabulous stay.
The apartment is situated right in the centre of the village, which is good for exploring the small port, range of historic cottages, local shops, restuarants, pub, etc. Its also ideal as a base to walk the South West Coastal Path which can be easily accessed from the village. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and quiet. I would happily return for another visit.
Smack-bang in the middle of this little holiday destination and if you are lucky, you can watch Doc Martin being filmed. We did, just by chance but for the serious fans out there you can check-out the filming dates on the DM website and book up in advance in this charming roof-top flat. Clean, homely and so many routes through the village lanes to get "home" after a meal at one the many gastro-pubs in the area.
