What a wonderful cafe to find! Beautiful setting and building -fabulous light and well chosen furniture. Spotless facilities. Went on a Sunday and browsed the papers and pile of enticing cook books left for customers. All this makes gives a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. We also had a wonderful view looking over the garden paddock and to St M Mt. Food was creative and delicious, although sadly one of the specials had already finished at 1.30pm. Homemade lemonade delicious and good wine served beautifully chilled and, hooray!, in quality glassware. Flour-less chocolate 'cake' amazing. Prices - Not cheap but very fair. Be nice to have full waitress service ;-) Will be back!

Myself and my girlfriend ate here the other day after stumbling on it when put for a cycle, the decor was lovely and minimalist but very effective and the menu very tasty with specials available, being Gluten Intollerant is also a nightmare when going for lunch but I was kindly told that they had Gluten free option and gluten free bread too. The service was good and we didn't wait very long for our food despite it being a gloriously sunny day and a very busy outside area. I had the mackerel on the specials and my girlfriend the seafood platter. Both enjoyed very much and the view!! Beautiful views of the mount! Would definitely visit again!

The location is not the most convenient to get to.
The food and ambience and staff are great
The gardens associated with the restaurant are worth a visit.
Would recommend to get away from the chintz of penzance.

Just popped in for a glass of wine and some bread and olives, super quality produce and friendly service, all with great views and ambience. Go there and be charmed!
