“Can't beat this lovely cafe for great ambience & terrific food.”
Reviewed March 29, 2013

We have become regulars at this lovely cafe tucked away in Penzance as the food has always been of a high standard and the service is always good. Delicious cakes and homemade locally sourced foods. They even allowed us to bring our well behaved dog in as well.

“Great for lunch or tea and cakes”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

There's usually at least one rainy day in Cornwall and so a trip in to St. Ives or Penzance has to be done. Lunch or coffee at The Honey Pot is a lovely treat ( great service and fab cakes!) and yummy veggie food... very welcome after a bit of shopping at Archie Brown's wholefoods and then maybe a film, all within a stone's throw of each other; so it couldn't be easier in the rain!

“Visit here often!”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

My regular coffee & tea stop off in Penzance! Great to visit with friends, or alone. Snacks, cakes and variety of beverages all lovingly prepared and served. Warm, cosy atmosphere - never feel hurried ....time passes quickly in this lovely little place... friend and I (on one visit) realised we had been languishing with cake and tea pot for over 90 minutes!!

“a nice surprise”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

Stumbled on this cafe by accident and had some excellent food. It's small but obviously popular. Frequently people came along who couldn't get a table. We shared a table with another couple, not a problem. Tartiflette and homity pie top notch and reasonably priced. Service a mite slow. Lots of lovely homemade cakes which we resisted ! Will definitely go again ( if we can get in! ) when in Penzance.

“Delightful cafe. Wonderful food”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

Delightful cafe! The beef lasagne and the raspberry and vanilla cheesecake were both delicious and very filling. The ample salad was enhanced by their honey and mustard dressing (they sell jars of it to too take home). Lovely laid back atmosphere. It is situated in charming premises in a dlsise street, just off the town centre. The "flat white" coffee was the best that I have tasted and I have lived in London for many years.
