Returned for the second time to celebrate our two year anniversary, Louise was super accommodating sourcing Asti and Lillies for my partner so they were ready when we arrived.
Beds are lush - so comfortable you just don't want to leave. Louise's cooking is out of this world and her breakfasts are worth the money alone.
You are made to feel like part of the family and that nothing is too much trouble - will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: All rooms are equally amazing - cleanliness suburb and beds just lush.

This is our third time here now and we simply wouldn't go past John and Louise's guest house. Great breakfast choice, great friendly service and always very helpful. Parking in Newquay can be a challenge especially so near the front, but St Bernards has a few designated parking bays a short walk from the hotel which it's best to ask about as soon as you arrive, if not beforehand. Ideally located near the front of Newquay it is simply the best B&B in Newquay.

We stayed here for 1 night, the room was well equipped and had everything you would need, it was very smartly decorated and had stylish fixture and finishing's.
The bathroom was a little compact and I am used to a more powerful shower but the room had wonderful little extras like an umbrella to borrow.
The owner/manager was very welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast and excellent with a wide choice cooked fresh.
Overall this was fantastic little B+B on is close to the shops and sea front of Newquay I wouldn't hesitate staying again.

Just got back from a wonderful short stay in St Bernards. Location is fantastic! The owners are really welcoming and friendly. You get offered a mini fridge in your room when you arrive. Our room was small and cosy. You can get a take away and eat it in their breakfast room if you wanted to, you just have to let them know first. Great selection of dvds if you wanted a night in. My only criticism is that the pillows in the room weren't amazing, but I'm spoilt at home because I recently bought a memory foam pillow, so that could just be my own fault.
Couldn't believe how clean everything was, I don't think I saw a speck of dust - anywhere!
Breakfast was nice, everything was grilled so it actually felt like a healthy full breakfast (I'll keep trying to convince myself of that).
B&B is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and Newquay town centre is literally around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

I arrived here on the 22nd, a bit hesitant and unsure of what to expect as I had read some really bad reviews on booking.com, well, honestly, after 5 mins in the door I was completely blown away. from the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and felt right at home, The room was amazing, bed was comfortable and really couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was delicious, I have nothing bad to say about this place!! Amazing service, John even had a look at my SD card after it became corrupted, thank you so much John and Louise for your AMAZING hospitality, I did NOT want to leave!!
