Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly and welcoming owners. The room was clean and functional plus the location was excellent, only 5-10 mins walk into town yet unbelievably quiet and peaceful.
The included breakfast had unbelievable choice with table service throughout and all cooked to order. There is even a small bar and the option of a few selected hot bar foods on offer, perfect to enjoy in the very comfy and homely conservatory.
Compared to the corporate and boring main stream hotels or the surfer type hostels this was a fantastic choice which offered great value for money and a really friendly home from home environment.

Just booked last minute for a nite away and found this place on Trip Advisor and all the good reviews are right, friendly, welcoming and a comfy bed. All in all a good place to stay. Clean and tidy and that's all you need when you are away from home. A little walk into town but on the plus side is you get a good nites sleep as you are out of the noisy town centre when the bars kick out.

We had a great four nights in the Three Tees Hotel. Greg and Fiona went out of their way to be helpful and were lovely and friendly throughout our stay. They provided storage for our surfboards and were very informative about the local area. George our poodle was also made to feel very welcome. A nice quiet location within easy walk of the main town. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Three Trees is a wonderful place to stay whilst in Newquay. Myself and my wife (and Dog, Toby) spent three lovely nights at the B&B to celebrate our wedding aniversary. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Greg and Fiona made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to make a short break a perfect one. Thanks guys it was great.
Kind regards
John & Dawn Howard (and Toby)

Small family owned hotel more like a Bed and Breakfast in a quiet side street 10 minutes away from the city centre. Friendly atmosphere, very good service and breakfast. Winter garden, outdoor area and bar available. Also recommended for families. Clean rooms and good service.

My wife and I have been to Newquay many times before to visit family and enjoy Cornwall. This time we had the good fortune to book our 6 night stay at The Three Tees, from the moment we arrived Greg and Fiona made us feel very welcome in their lovely hotel. Everything in Three Tees is of a good standard including a peaceful sitting-room with a wide variety of books covering most aspects of Cornwall. I am a vegetarian and Greg and Fiona went out of their way to ensure I had a full breakfast. They even gave me 2 different types of vegetarian sausages to find out which kind I preferred! We agree with other contributors who sang the praises of the quality and quantity of the breakfasts. We also found a great way to round off our days - having a drink in the hotel bar when we returned, and having the most wonderful conversations with Greg and Fiona. Three Tees is also in a great location for visiting Newquay town and it's beaches, while not being affected by the towns bustle.

We have no hesitation in recommending The Three Tees to anyone planning a visit to Newquay.

Room Tip: always use sites like trip advisor to check the experience others had at specific hotels etc.

can i start my review with a big thank you to greg and fiona for being perfect hosts on our holiday.we stayed for 10 nights at the three tees and enjoyed every minute of it.the hotel is a short walk from the bussel of the town. the brecky was lovely (not a plate of food swimming in fat). we took our king charles with us so came back to the hotel for a drink in the bar each night. the bar prices are reasonable and you can sit out on the garden if you wish.the bedroom was very clean and a comfortable bed was waiting each night.

we found plenty of places which would let dogs on the premises ie
the fort inn ,the great western ,the red lion ,sailors the newquay arms.
if you need a super fast broadband connection make your way to the brookhouse inn where you can take your dog and will find a great menu too.
hope you find this helpful.
thanks again to greg and fiona
