Absolutely love this little restaurant and wish I had found it sooner. It may not appear much from the outside but any visit will be worth while. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Food was cooked freshly in front of you and tastes fantastic. I am a particular lover of Sticky Ribs and these were certainly the best I've had. Will definitely be returning again because there were so many things I wanted to try on the menu. Thank you for a great evening.
P.s As it is only a small restaurant it is definitely worth phoning and booking in advance.

Great service and outstanding food. We had great calamari and a marvellous sea bass. Not a big fan of Tay food that we had, and it was very good. We will come back as soon as in Newquay again.

Loved this place. My girlfriend and I were in Newquay for the August Bank Holiday and after reading such great reviews we booked a table to be sure of eating here as it has literally only 6 or 7 tables, but later on in the evening people were able to get a table if they were very lucky.

Tiny kitchen at the front where the magic happens, which is done by the husband of the couple that own/run this restaurant.

Service was quick, wine chilled to perfection and the food was just delicious. We had Tempura squid and monkfish scampi to start, followed by fresh seafood green Thai curry and nasi goreng for main - there wasn't a single thing left.

To finish we shared a lemon grass panna cotta - heaven..

Treat yourself and get here at least once during your stay if you can.

We will be back!

Thank Andlotte

I have eaten at Little Kahuna a few times now and I am never less than extremely impressed with the divine flavours and freshness of the food. My most favourite dish, the sticky ribs, are truly addictive and when you compare them to any spare ribs you've ever had...they win every time! Then there's the seriously delicious coleslaw, how does the chef do it? You wouldn't imagine that coleslaw could be so mooreish. I recently took my Mum who was visiting from Africa and she had the prawn Pad Thai. She said it was fresh and delicious, with a wonderful chilli edge to it - and the best prawn dish she had eaten in a very long time! (she is a prawn-lover).
In a nutshell, and with all sincerity, the lovely service and mouth-watering food will not fail to impress you and make you a regular visitor - this is a gem of a restaurant, treat yourself at very descent prices! :)
