Owner description: Ride, slide, splash and spin - with FREE entry, FREE parking and 20 rides and attractions Holywell Bay Fun Park is a great day out for all the family. One of Cornwall's top family attractions, Holywell Bay Fun Park is close to the beach and just 4 miles from Newquay. Our 'your day, your way' approach allows you to choose to either pay as you play or buy bulk star deals, saving you pounds. What's more if you buy online ahead of arriving, you can save a further 10%. Our bulk star deals offer great value for money and don't forget, only those playing need to pay, so can bring granny and granddad on your family day out at no extra cost! Get fast and furious on our F1 go karts, drench dad on our super squirty blaster boats, or dodge the mystical waterfall and make mum mad by getting lost in our magical maze. Aim, shoot, spin and steer on rides and family attractions for all ages. When it's time to cool down we've got it covered! Our original ice cream parlour, Daisy's, is a beautifully designed space to sit back and enjoy a delicious Cornish ice cream, freshly made smoothie or milkshake. For lunch or a quick snack, enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and stunning views at The Diner. Serving hot and cold food and beverages, The Diner is a great way to power up before continuing play on the park. At the back is Jelly Tots, a soft play area for Toddlers. Next door at the Golf Club, Woody's bar and restaurant is open to all. It's the perfect place to sit back and relax whilst enjoying the amazing views over the famous Gull Rocks. Newquay's Holywell Bay Fun Park is open from 10.30am for the main season, Easter - October, but please check opening days and times on our website before embarking on your day out.

Holywell bay fun park is not massive to is well suited to the family, especially of small children. There is something for everyone and there are a lot of giggles to be had. We didn't eat in the cafe so I can't comment on that. Do expect to pay anything from £3-£4.50 per ride (on the go carts and other cars and boats that price is per car or boat so if you can fit two or three in then that'll cut the costs) also if you buy a card you can get extra points so its all good.

I do recommend trying it out, maybe not if its really busy!!!! Mid summer hols!!! And entry if free.

Holywell bay is def not a place to take young children, ie.toddlers/babies, but anyone over 4; great fun! There are water based rides, go karts for younger and older, and all sorts of fun things to do to keep people occupied for a couple of hours at least! We have revisited the park a few times over the last decade, and always go on the go karts, plus the merlin's maze which gets changed everytime we visit, so I swear we always get lost! If you are not a big kid, this is probably NOT the place for you. There is a also a bit of fun crazy golf too, only catch is the prices are a bit pricey, we initially were not going to go on the go-karts, but couldn't resist! But the prices HAVE gone up a lot over the last few years...

While we were in Newquay we decided to have a trip here as we'd seen it advertised.
There were 7 of us, me and my partner, my partners parents, his sister and his grand parents, all of us being adults. It was a bit disappointing, there was certainly nothing to do there apart from the amusements.
I would imagine a young family would enjoy it who have young kids as it is free entry and you the just buy credits for the rides and activities.

the park is small but its ok to go for an hour, go carts are quiet good, most rides are for smaller kids not teenagers, theres a cafe there to but its a bit expensive (charge you for ketchup), theres a nice bar at the golf club called Woodys that serves really nice meals reasonably priced to.
