Was good fun but a little bit expensive. Was still good fun tho. Younger children will love it. Also has a nice gift shop.

We were with one other couple who were strange to say the least! When we got to King Arthur she chirped in with she'd seen the series Merlin! Calico Jack our guide tried to humour her but it was totally lost on her! The tour was ok but if you have kids they would like it better! One slightly scary bit in the dark where our strange friend (in her 20s) point blank refused to go through! To be honest she made it entertaining! Good for families on rainy days especially for all young Captain Sparrow wannabes. Not bad price either.

we were the only people on the tour. When we first saw and heard the pirate showing us around, I didnt think I would be able to tolerate his shouting! He was very interesting though and we had a very interesting tour.
I think it was very expensive and probably far too much to take a large family.

Me and my boyfriend decided to visit Tunnels Through Time whilst on holiday because it seemed like it would be interesting. We were wrong. When we got there, we paid and the bloke behind the counter said "now that I have your money, you do know what you're letting yourself in for right?". We said no and he went on to tell us that behind the doors was a man dressed as a pirate who'll give us an interactive tour. Ok, sounds alright. So, we go through the doors and are greeted by a "pirate" who proceeds to shout his words, tell "jokes" and basically talk rubbish. We went there expecting some history, stories of pirates, smugglers etc, instead we got a bloke in fancy dress trying to hard to be an actor. He didn't tell us anything about pirates, smugglers or anything at all. At one point he actually sneezed in my face! Not only that but we were literally the only two people there. We left after about 25 minutes feeling rediculous. We didn't learn anything, we didn't see anything of interest, when we did find something on pirates we wanted to read we had wannabe jack sparrow shouting at us about how much ale he'd drank that day oooh aaar. It's not worth the money, it's defiantly not even worth bothering with at all. Severely disappointed!!

A friend and I love pirates and what a brilliant way to have a giggle! Our tour pirate was funny, witty and full of information. The displays are brilliant and make other larger attractions look amateurish! Plenty to see and read, we loved it best time ever. Planning a family return in full pirate dress just for jack sparrow. Well presented, brilliantly done and you will have a ball, just dont be shy, get involved its brilliant. Wish it had a bigger pirate gift shop lol
