Look from the out side it looks small , but once you go inside it caries on and on . Well worth a visit or even a revisit . The staff take you around in their pirates cloths with their funny voices . So if you have not tried it , I would ask you why not because its you that's missing out .

Another rainy day activity when in Newquay.
An interactive tour learning about pirates and some Cornish tales of yore!
Great fun with the pirate leading our tour.
The 'scary' route is probably only suitable for older children, definitely not for scaredy cats!!
Would go back, great fun and a fab way to spend an hour when it's raining outside.

Me and my wife visited Bucaneer experience during Eastern. It was our last minute choice as we didn´t want to join our friends to visit aquarium and it was just too cold for any outdoor activities. So we gave it a go and it proved to be a great decesion! We had so much fun. The guides were just great, gave their hearts to their performance and made us to enjoy the attraction the way we believe only children can. We laughed, we were thrilled and we learnt few interesting facts. We would like to thank again the whole team for this great experience which realy made our day in Newquay despite cold weather.

Great fun, very atmospheric. The owner is lovely and because our three year old cried he didn't charge us. Older kids will love it. Takes about 45 minutes and is all indoor.

We arrived just after the first show of the day had started and were told we would have to wait 40 minutes.
Came back in time for the second show and were given a discount for returning.
Joined a mixed party of children and adults.
The Quartermaster guided us around and managed to upset 1 or 2 of the little ones.
The sets were a bit old and tired and the story was deffo not 'Pirates of the Caribbean' but we had a good laugh at his efforts.
Well worth the visit when it's raining but not the cheapest hours entertainment.
