Looking for places to go with a dog and young child is hard so we were excited to hear about Lappa Valley! Both our dog and our toddler enjoyed the trains (although our dog had to "watch" our toddler on the miniature railway! Hilarious little touches along the routes which were fun to look out for! We had some lunch at the cafe which was nice. The playgrounds were great although hopefully the paint will dry...! Feels like you are on a little secluded island away from the hustle and bustle of life, definitely worth a visit.

“Excellent.”

I think a lot of families are saying it's great for children when they really mean the grown ups had just as much fun. We are 2 not so young visitors ( been twice) and love the place. So much to see and do. We spend all day here. The entry fee may seem a little expensive, but when you can stay all day, take advantage of so many other attractions and not spend anything else, it's a bargain. The peace is only interrupted by the arrival of one of the trains, a delightful reminder of the past. Food in the café is delicious. Staff are lovely. We'll be visiting again this year.

Thanks very much for such a positive review at the start of a new season ! Our experience is that children of all ages enjoy being here ! Yes I do believe our pricing is very competitive given our 'all-inclusive' policy and we look forward to seeing you again.

Perfect for the little ones, they enjoyed the boating lake and the miniature railway, especially the train that takes you there. Have been before and would go again.

“Thank you for a wonderful visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 1, 2014 via mobile

We visited as a family of 13 people on 23rd December to Santas grotto.

All the staff were lovely, helpful and cheerful and we all had a fantastic time despite the weather. We have never had a private family visit to see Santa and nothing was too much trouble. Santa looked good and was very chatty with the children and we loved singing with him.
The mulled wine and mince pies were delicious!!
Thank you so much for a lovely time and for creating great memories for the children. We all had a lovely time and will deff be coming again next year x
