This is the first time that we have stayed at this cottage and it was excellent. It is very clean and modern , lots of space and everything you need included. Good sized bedrooms and three toilets. The Sky TV and internet were nice to have and kept the Kids happy when returning from the beech. Its close to the beeches and a 10 minute walk to the town.
Hope to return.

“been so many times its our second home!!!”
Reviewed January 6, 2012 for a stay in June 2011

We have stayed at fistral cottage i think 10 times now over the past 8 years or so, visiting twice some years. This cottage has everything you will require for a relaxing stay and more besides. The cottage sleeps 6 plus a cot in 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a bunk bedded room, which all are very comfortable, roomy and have ample storage. The double room is en suite and there is also a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a stereo and dvd in the large lounge. Much of the furniture has recently been replaced. Outdoors is a decked area, with seating and a bbq. There is usually some body boards, buckets and spades etc for guests to borrow for the length of their stay., which is great as these things take up loads of space inthe car!!! The cottage is perfectly located ( in a quiet, mainly residential area )for fistral beach, which is less than five mins walk away. The cottage is situated at the quieter end of this beach which is great for those with smaller children but only takes a five min walk along the beach to get to the other end where there are shops, cafes etc... It is only approx 10 mins walk into newquay town also. This cottage is basically fantastic and is our fave holiday destination ever!!! Do not hesitate to book this accomodation as you will certainly not be disappointed. The only thing this cottage does not have is wi fi and a games station but who needs these on a beach holiday??!!!!

“Great time had by all”
Reviewed October 31, 2011 for a stay in July 2011

Fistral Cottage is just the perfect place to spend a week in Newquay. Far enough away from the crowds, but just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The cottage is well equipped, we had everything that we could wish for - it was a real home, away from home. It is located in a quiet cul-di-sac, with hardly any passing traffic, the only real noise was from the Sea Gulls. My kids had a blast, walking up to the trendy area of the beach each day, while me and my hubby slept on the quiet side!
