A beautiful B&B in the wonderful town of Newquay! Such a wonderful host family that makes you feel welcome right away! Clean and modern rooms. Walking distance to city center and beautiful beaches. Nice and calm location. A wonderful breakfast is served every morning. We only stayed for two nights, but I'm sure I will come back in the future! Me and my brother's room were just by the dining room, but you could barely hear any noise from there in the morning. Throughout our stay in the UK during two weeks, this was the best place we've been to!

My wife and I spent 3 nights in room 5. I have no negatives at all. The room was excellent with all the facilities we wanted. Julie and her husband Jim were excellent hosts. Julie is front of house and cant do enough for you. She makes everybody feel special. The breakfast was excellent. We had a full English on 2 mornings but wanted to have a change. All you do is see Julie or write on a pad what you would like. Going back to our room we were able to access it without having to go through the main guesthouse. This is an asset as you don't have to disturb other guests. The Guesthouse is situated a little way out of the main part of Newquay but is within 15 minutes walk to the centre. We never had to use the car to get into Newquay and walked every time. Would highly recommend this place and we hope to return again next year. Thankyou

Myself and my partner Ken stayed at Tregarthan Guesthouse for a week from Friday 23 August and we can not emphasise enough how wonderful our stay was there. Julie is wonderful, very helfpful, friendly and welcoming. Room no 7, the garden room was ideal for our stay as we were body boarding most days so was able to rinse the wet suits and hang them out daily on the deckinga area. The rooms was cleaned every day to a very high level and the fridge in the room was ideal for our requirements. The location is ideal and easy stroll to the town centre and five mins walk to Lusty Glaze beach which is another beautiful location amongst the other wonderful beaches in Newquay. The breakfasts were perfect with a choice of frest raspberries, strawberries, grapes, melon, grapefruit etc, along with cereals and pastries and then a cooked full english or whatever you prefer just advise Julie the night before. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, seriously you need to look no further as this is a perfect choice guaranteed! We can not wait to return...enjoy :) Sorry I cant change rating but there is no swimming pool but wont let me remove the rates...

Room Tip: Room 7 perfect

We stayed for 3 days and it could not have been nicer. We had the garden room which is a really lovely room with it's own decking area, every detail had been thought of and the room was spacious, fresh and spotlessly clean. Julie was lovely, accommodating and friendly, and breakfast was excellent - we couldn't have eaten more!
I love the area, and have never yet found a B&B I wanted to return to - but we'll definitely be returning here!

Room Tip: The garden room was beautiful!

this was to be our first venture into a B&B instead of the usual caravan hol with the kids so we were slightly apprehensive of what to expect, need not have worried as we were made welcome and felt at ease straight away. Julie the landlady was very helpful and knew a lot about the area. the room was very clean and fresh, so quiet at night I could heard my watch tick!
I would recommend this B&B to any one, ticks all the boxes .....clean and warm, easy parking, nice size fridge (which we converted to mini bar for our stay)
especially handy if you intend to visit Lusty Glaze as we did, its only a 5 min walk.

Room Tip: we had the room at the corner of the building with its own outside door......excellent for anyone pl...

Three of us stayed for one night while walking the South West Coast Path. Our room was extremely hot and the windows would not open very much, but they did provide us with 2 fans which did help. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern and everything was very clean. Julie provided us with a reasonable cold breakfast as we wanted to leave early to resume our walk and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Good value for money and close to the SW Coast Path and only 10 minutes from the centre of Newquay.

We would definately recommend to anyone who wants to stay In Newquay then stay here... Fantastic value for money, only 10 min walk from the main town. We will definitely be staying again. Lyns&Phil
