Just come back from an excellent 10 day holiday at jasmine house we have been going there for 8 years . sometimes twice a year june and october always looking forward to our cooked breakfast also choices of foods for breakfast. rooms are always clean and tidy fresh milk left and also always clean towels, cindy and ashley work hard and always has this business at high standards . they have chickens and ducks and we enjoy feeding them after breakfast. amazing views and beaches not far to walk ,dogs love to walk and run along the beaches. the breaksfasts are a good amount of foods . they always have a positive attitude towards all there customers very helpful.

Stayed 3 nights in Crystal room (very pink!), lovely 4 poster bed, large room with plenty or wardrobe and drawer space. Mini fridge with jug of fresh milk was a very welcome touch.

There was no hairdryer but not a problem and I'm sure I could have borrowed one.

Room had a decent ensuite with double shower

Jasmine House is about half an hours walk to Fistral beach, takes you along the coast and through town so doesn't feel that long.

Plenty of parking and wonderful breakfasts cooked fresh to order. Cereals were branded ones in individual boxes not the dry ones you so often get. Fruit, yoghurts, muffins and pastries too (on top of full English or other cooked breakfast!)

An exceptionally warm welcome and great service throughout

Fantastic value, we will definitely stay here next time we are in Newquay

As Sheila has walking problems the ground floor room was ideal . The room was of a generous size with all the extras including a small fridge. The owners ,Ashley and Cindy were most helpful and the breakfasts top class and the choice of a duck egg instead of the usual hen eggs was a pleasant bonus. Would recommend a visit to this holiday B&B.

Great welcome despite us being completely soaked through to our undies. Lovely room. Lots of space in the bathroom to dry our stuff. Four poster bed. Wild décor. Even a little fridge in the bedroom for your milk. Slept like a log. At breakfast time we where entertained by chickens, ducks and a huge bunny. After all had finished eating they showed us their new ducklings. This is one crazy place but that's no bad thing. Probably not to everyone's taste but I loved it.

My wife and I booked a week at this fantastic B&B and from the very start we were very impressed with the quality and layout of the B&B. Both Cindy and Ash were the best hosts... and the breakfast was without doubt one of the best I have ever sampled... both Hosts were so very friendly, and got some great tips on where to visit off Ash. The room (Crystal) was great very clean and the 4 poster bed so very comfortable. These guys have rabbits, ducks, chickens, budgies..... and whilst we were there had 4 ducks eggs in incubation, and we even got to see the little guys breaking out of their shells before we left!!!.

Cannot rave on enough about just how friendly the couple are... the B&B is dog friendly.. we didnt take our 2 this time, but we will return and will take our dogs with us.

The B&B is in a fantastic location... if youre travelling arouynd the Duchy it is idealy placed for ALL the resorts.. and if you simply wanna walk out the beach in 5 mins.... the local shops are 5 mins away and Newquay town centre 5 mins driving, 10 mins walking.

I cannot recommend this B&B more... the hosts are fantastic... the house and rooms are lovely and clean... fresh towels every other day, and the food..... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Thank you Cindy & Ash you made us feel so much at home... we will see you again real soon
