Description: Nestled above the cliffs of Pentire Headland, looking out across the mighty Atlantic, The Lewinnick Lodge has probably one of the best coastal views anywhere in the county. Serving modern British food with an emphasis on fresh fish, the Lodge has long been established as the premier location to enjoy fine Cornish fare and hospitality. 'The Lodge' is open for breakfast from 8am and serves food throughout the day until 10pm (10.30Pm in the summer), everyday of the year. You can choose to dine in our restaurant, bar, beer garden or on the sun terrace - wherever the mood or occasion takes you! We offer modern British and world cuisine using the best local produce. Our ethos is simple, fresh seasonal produce, prepared on the premises by a team of talented chefs. We aim to cater for all tastes on our regular menus but if you are a lover of fresh fish and seafood then our twice daily changing specials will have you coming back time and again. We now also offer 10 stunning boutique style bedrooms so you never have to leave!

Visited (again) this year on Halloween as we heard they were putting on fireworks and were 'theming' the evening.

Restaurant accomodated a change in our booking so more could dine at an earlier time - which was great.

Staff were very friendly (as always) and whilst we had a fairly long wait for our meals, they didnt disappoint (other then them forgetting the bacon in all the burgers ordered?).

Wine choice and price was good, with a broad range of pricing. Served good draught ale (Doom BAr and Tribute) so all good for me :-)

An enjoyable evening all round and we will no doubt return in the future.

What a fantastic restaurant. Ate here twice in the last week, both times food was of excellent quality, service superb. Thanks to Rosa on Halloween night for excellent service. Look forward to our next holiday to North Cornwall.

What a treat this was. Excellent food (I had the crab salad starter and prawn linguine and cheeseboard for afters) and brilliant atmosphere.
Staff errr attentive and mostly prompt but the bar service was slow. Great portion sizes as well- not too small and bijoux but not so large you felt overwhelmed! My only regret is not being there in the day to be able to take advantage of the incredible view.
Can't wait to go back.

We visited Lewinnick with a friend who was visiting Cornwall for the first time and we wanted a special lunch whilst experiencing the spectacular views. The Staff were helpful and friendly and the food excellent but I am afraid the lunchtime was spoilt by children behaving badly and dogs being allowed to bark incessantly. Such a shame. No one objects to children being in a restaurant at lunchtime but reasonable table manners would be nice. The dogs and their owners were having a lovely time but it would have been appropriate for the staff to suggest they were a little quieter as several groups of diners were showing signs of getting very fed up.
Sadly, we would probably would not go again.
