Fabulous setting. Vast, clear panorama. Light, bright restaurant. Always good to see into the kitchen. The lady at reception who also took our bill had a lovely manner. I went with my husband and 3 teenage sons. Quite a sophisticated menu for teenage boys (I think the beach hut downstairs suits them better). However a good experience. I took the set menu with the most delicious starter of peach/almond/italian cheese ever. The main was risotto with pistachio - so unusual with a great texture. And the desert was sensational, The house white was clear and fresh. It was a happy family meal. Service was friendly but a little tired, I think there is a breakfast sitting earlier. The coffee tasted heavily of liquorice and was ridiculously strong so was a little disappointing. But all in all I'm so pleased we went. The ladies loos were so dark I couldn't see in the mirror to do my lipstick!

My boyfriend treated me to a birthday dinner here. Had a fantastic evening. Helped by the fact that we were lucky enough to get a table right at the front overlooking the beach. Beautiful wines, even by the glass. Food was gorgeous - although main courses were less impressive than the starters & desserts, however I can only speak for the 2 we tried and they were still delicious - just not extraordinary. Staff were very attentive & friendly.

We visited this restaurant whilst staying nearby on holiday. Admittedly, it's isn't cheap here, but the quality of the food and attentiveness of the staff was second to none.

The restaurant itself is modern, bright and has a great view of the beach. We were sat next to the window overlooking the water, which was nice.

The waiter was friendly, welcoming and hugely knowledgeable about the wine and food on offer. Not only did he offer to explain everything on the menu in detail, he was also happy to leave us on our own to choose. Sometimes trendy restaurants can be a bit pushy to get to in and out as quickly as possible, but that wasn't the case here.

We both had fish (John Dory and Monkfish) and the quality of the food and presentation was second to none. We also stayed for deserts (and a couple of cocktails) which were also excellent.

Certainly worth a visit for anyone who likes their food and doesn't mind paying extra for high quality.

Went for lunch and had the set menu of 3 courses for £28. Food was excellent, service attentive (they went through menu) and setting overlooking Watergate Bay beautiful. Entrance is located at back left of car park (signage wasn't that clear).

Brill food, fantastic views, service a bit slow. But then we were a big table and avoided starters. Food beautifully cooked. I had hake which was a full meal, others had stake and the duck dish which needed sides.

Starters which we didn't order £14 each, main courses around £28, sides £4 each and deserts about £8. The food was worth it!

The deserts were rich and brill to share. We were already full by then!

House wine surprisingly poor so swapped to a Pinot Grigio which was good.

No kids meals on an evening but as the youngest in our party was 12 it was fine.

Style very casual which is great when you are on hols.

We enjoyed our evening - and there's even a little shop!
