Perfect setting for the harbour views. Onsite parking is a bonus as is the easy walking distance to the harbour and its many restaurants. Comfortable room with everything provided. Ella & Neil make an extremely caring & helpful team and provide wonderful breakfasts.

Room Tip: Choose front view room and make sure you are hungry at breakfast!

We stayed here again for another 2 nights, from the 31/8 to 2/9, it's hard to know where to start, the greeting from Ella, was so warm, and welcoming, the cup of tea was much needed after our journey, the room again was spotless, as the whole of true haven is, the breakfasts were gorgeous, an absolute credit.

Again a tip, book room 8 for a lovely view of the estuary, and a king sized bed, and extra goodies in the room.

This is one of the best places you could stay not just in looe, but anywhere.

Thank you Ella and Neil, see you again soon.

Superb views and a very comfortable small hotel. On top of cliff accessible either by road or steps.

The owners are the most obliging hosts I have ever met. We had three very relaxing and pleasant 3 day stay in august 2012, I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Room Tip: Because of the location, I do not think it suitable for people with serious walking difficulties.

We really thought when we found this hotel by accident 9 years ago that it was our little secret!! Reading these reviews this is clearly not the case. Since we discovered this lovely place with the friendliest people you can ever meet we have returned year on year and have already booked for next year. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Ella and Neil - the rooms are wonderful, immaculately clean and the breakfast is always superb. What more can we say? Les & Joan Holden.

My family and i have stayed with Ella, Neil and the boys on many occasions. It is a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful setting. Ella is the perfect host and you will leave there feeling more like a friend than a guest. Rooms are perfect, breakfast is amazing. We return year after year as a family. My sister is heading there on Saturday for a week. No where else quite compares.

We honeymooned in Looe 40 years ago, in a caravan then, and came back to celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary, how glad are we that we picked this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for this couple , we had a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us, wonderful breakfasts, offers of lifts into town and back, we were even given bottles of water for the journey home! A beautiful room, big fluffy towels, I could go on, but all I will say is that we will be back to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary with you, Thankyou so much.
