Just had the most amazing experience being fortunate enough to stay at the home of Rosie and David, it was hard to imagine it was a Bed and breakfast. For the moment we arrived we were so well cared for, shown around the house and made to feel at home.
The room and views were breath-taking,your every needs were catered for to a luxury standard.Loved the idea of the fridge with milk available at entrance enabling us to have a cuppa in our room whenever we wished.
Everything you could possibly need had been catered for well above our expectations, toiletries, bathrobes, comfy bed.
The breakfast and dining area were outstanding with fantastic views over the sea.
We hope to return as soon as we can and wish Rosie and David continued success at Beach House...Thank you both x

An Utter Rip Off. We stay in many, many B&B's and are staggered at how they can justify the price at the Beach House.
It is just a nice bed and breakfast but charges as if it were a Hilton Hotel in central London. Unlike other B&B's, or even the Hilton, we had to tick boxes on a list of breakfast options the night before! This felt very odd straight after dinner when it's hard to imagine being hungry in the morning.
The bedroom had a nice view but was tiny and nothing special. The pair who run the Beach House obviously want to attract an elite clientele but seem to have forgotten this is just a B&B.
Have two nights in any one of the other excellent Bed and Breakfast establishments along the seafront at West Looe, with bedrooms three times the size of the Beach House, for the price of one in this overpriced establishment.

The Beach House B & B in Looe Cornwall, has 5 star awards, and after staying there this weekend we can see why.
Rosie and David are wonderful , warm , friendly hosts, who let you experiance there delightful home.
We have stayed at many B & B,s, hotels, from Brighton, London, Dorset, Looe, but we can assure you that you will not be disappointed staying at the Beach House.
Location : Situated in West Looe, with panaramic views over the bay.Free onsite parking at the rear, which is a bonus in Looe because most places charge an absolute fortune.
Rooms : There are 5 rooms in total, the best with the balcony and superb view is the Fistral which we stayed in.
All the rooms are of an excellant modern standard, with all newly/nearly finished bathrooms or showers.
They are very clean, well equippped, with sumptious bedding, linen and bathroom accesssories.
Food : The breakfasts are lovely with a vast variety to chose from, and just wait until you try the breakfast trifle, a delight not too be missed.
There are no children or pets allowed, true bliss.
We would truly recommened the Beach House B & B and cant wait until we return, hopefully sooner rather than later.......
Thankyou for a wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful break at the Beach house last summer and have just booked a weeks holiday for this summer. Nothing was too much trouble for Rosie and David. The breakfasts kept us going all day and the Cheese platter in the evening was fantastic. It was lovely waking up to the view of the sea. We enjoyed being able to walk into Looe in the evenings to try the recommended restaurants which Rosie booked for us. Mawgans was a favourite.

We arrived for a two night break to a warm welcome from Rosie & David. We were shown round the house before being given tea & cakes that were brought to our room. We stayed in Fistral, a spotlessly clean room with stunning sea views, very comfortable bed, two comfy chairs & a clean, well equipped bathroom. Our breakfast included a huge range of fruit, cereals, nuts, seeds, juices, yoghurts & museli trifle that was divine. We were asked to choose our breakfast the night before from a delicious choice of ingredients & recipes including breakfast pancakes. It was all served in a breakfast room with the best view you could imagine. Attention to detail is also superb with a guest fridge containing fresh milk. Chocolates & a very good hospitality tray together with fluffy towels & robes & private parking complete the perfect stay. We are very fussy about where we stay & The Beach House has exceeded expectaions. Thank you Rosie & David. We will return!
