I have just arrived back from a fantastic romantic get away with my new fiancé.

We decided to book here after reading all the reviews.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the kind smiling faces of Ann and Ralph who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Recommending walks, pubs and restaurants and places to see like Polperro and the Eden Project.

We had a great time and definately will be back the next time we visit the area.

Thanks again Ann and Ralph, see you again soon.

We genuinely couldn't recommend this place enough.

Just arrived back after a three night stay at Cherrywood Lodge. Everything about this B&B is absolutely wonderful, so much more than a B&B. My husband and I received a lovely warm welcome from Annie and Ralph and a much needed cup of coffee on arrival. We were then shown to our room, WOW it was fantastic, the decor was very clean and warm, the furniture and lamps were absolutely amazing, I loved the bathrobes and slippers provided to make you feel at home, the toiletries supplied were of a really good quality.
The breakfast was plentiful, we only had the full breakfast on the first morning and something lighter the other two mornings. Annie never let us run out of fresh orange or coffee.
Annie and Ralph are fantastic hosts who have a beautiful B&B. We have already booked again and left today feeling as though we have made two new friends.

Ralph and Annie were excellent hosts, nothing was to much trouble for them as mentioned in previous reviews they would park your car and offer to carry your luggage. The rooms were of excellent standard very modern and tastefully furnished. The little finishing touches made it luxurious and cosy. As I had read in a previous review which made me to decide to book this excellent B&B, the photos of the rooms don't do them justice, they are bigger than you think.
The food was excellent with Annie's fresh homemade bread every morning which my husband really enjoyed and he is very fussy with his bread.
Cherrywood lodge is in walking distance to the town of Looe, we did not move our car once in the two days we stayed. And when coming back to the lodge at night there's this welcoming pink glow coming from the front of the lodge. 10/10 for Ralph and Annie.

Room Tip: Photos of rooms don't always do them justice.

We stayed with our son for two nights at Cherrywood Lodge. Our room and ensuite were outstanding. Every last detail had been thought through. The hosts were attentive and happy to help in any way. I had the salmon roulade, a speciality, for breakfast which was perfect! Highly recommend this establishment and would definitely stay again.

Booked early January , after reading all the positive reviews on Trip advisor as we had tickets for Looe Festival and can certainly say the Cherrywood and Annie & Ralph's hospitality certainly didn't disappoint.
Everything about this B & B, is 5 star, from the fluffy dressing gowns and slippers, sweets which Nigel enjoyed, comfiest bed (loved the towel "dog" Ralph created)!! To the full cooked breakfast and homemade bread.
Really can't fault our stay, and have already booked for next year.
ps Annie writing this as we sit out on the terrace of our hotel in Crete, although know you won't be jealous at all . Thank you again for a great stay

Sue and I have been coming to Looe for many a year, each time we have stayed at Hannafore but wanted to be closer to the town centre and beach so plumbed for Cherrywood Lodge, largely due to the great reviews and the price. Everything about this B&B is superb from the lovely welcome, excellently presented and comfortable rooms. There was absolutely nothing that was not perfect, we will definitely be returning. Ralph and Annie have put in a truly impressive amount of effort into the place to ensure you get 5 star luxurious stay and the food is of an exceptionally high standard but most importantly it all comes with a smile and a very warm welcome.

Room Tip: We stayed in the double room with wet room, try to book that room if you can.

From the warm welcome, Annies beaming smile, a pot of tea, Ralph parking the car and kindly offering to carry our bags in, to the hug and farewell, this B & B has to be visited to be believed!! The room was luxuriously decorated, the bed enormous and just so comfy, fluffy robes and slippers provided for post wet room relaxation. A bowl of sweets on the bedside table, bottled water, the list went on. A 5* boutique hotel could learn from these guys! Breakfast was superb, Ralph cooks a mean full english and his homemade bread is divine. We stayed for four nights and the standard of service never failed. The rooms were serviced daily and to a very high standard, on our last night we discovered a dog made from towels, sitting on our bed! A very creative and fun gesture that, again, showed the extra mile our hosts would go to, to make our stay a pleasure! A short walk to the harbour, yet just far enough away for peace and quiet. We will DEFINATELY return and have no hesitation in recommending Cherrywood Lodge to anyybody and everybody, thank you Annie and Ralph!!!

Room Tip: Other residents agreed all rooms were to a fantastic standard.
