Description: Larsson's Coffee House and Creperie is both the name and description. For those who have not visited France, The crepe is rather like the Breton version of the Pasty. It is delicious with either sweet or savoury fillings. The coffee is made with care and respect. Although we do also serve tea and non-standard alcholic beverages. Basically, it is what the owner personally likes and hopes that his guests share his taste.

We found the place to be adorable and we couldn't work out if there was a Jamaician or German influence in this place! Either way we were welcomed and had a lovely experience. Thank you.

“Best hot chocolate ever!”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Popped in here on a cold Monday to warm up with coffees and hot chocolate and wow what a find.
It's tucked back between the fish market buildings and the life boat station so can be easily missed but worth finding.
We were a group of 11 so service by the 1 member of staff wasn't the quickest but it is all proper fresh coffees and real Italian hot chocolate and you can see it all being prepared before you.
It is a very quaint and small cafe but that actually makes for being all the more cosy particularly on a very cold day.
The bonus for us was they allowed both our dogs in.
They had a small cake selection and did a limited menu for hot food but it all looked or sounded great.
Superb little place!

“very friendly staff”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

looked for nearest coffee shop toget out of biting wind outside, glad we did what a great little find as our friends with us own a little italian cafe/coffee shop, they were chatting to the lovely lady serving about how to make a proper coffee and as they all agreed i knew we had made a good choice.we tried the banana crepes with syrup and they were tasty, they were just so friendly and as there were a few friendly locals in as well knew it must be popular with all, will definately return if in area again.

“We spent the afternoon in Looe and decided to have a coffee”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

We saw the Larssons Coffee House whilst visiting Looe on Easter Monday and it appealed to us so we went inside for a coffee. It is very cosy inside and everybody very friendly. My partner had an americano and I had a coffee latte. The coffee latte was a work of art to look at and the Manager was very entertaining and amusing and a perfectionist at producing drinks that looked too perfect to drink with the layers of cream topping the coffee and coffee latte. We were not hungry but the sight of a wonderful cheese cake in a container on the counter was so tempting that we could not resist. When the Manager produced our plates at our table with the cheese cake slices it was topped with a mountain of cream on top. The cake was delicious. We watched other savoury dishes being brought to other tables which again were perfectly presented and works of art. It is a shame to eat the food and spoil the perfect arrangement of the food! There was a wonderfully happy and friendly atmosphere in this cafe. Even though we live in Plymouth, when we next have a free day and feel like a coffee, we will certainly go to Larssons. It will be worth the travel to Looe.
