Great value for money. The rooms were nice and clean, with everything you could want in a B&B. Lovely breakfasts, enough to really set you up for the day. A thoroughly enjoyable and peaceful place to stay, just like a home from home. Thank you Tony and Dawn.

I stayed for 5 nights recently with my friend in a twin room, the room itself was very clean and comfortable with lots of nice little touches, the hotel is set in the perfect location as it is in a quiet area but it is very close to Looe with a good bus service to and fro for those of us who don't drive. Tony and Dawn are lovely and made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived, they have a great knowledge of the area for the best places to sightsee and to eat, they also went out of their way to be helpful to us by giving us lifts amongst other things! I hope to go and stay again next year but will have to stay for longer as 5 nights wasn't enough!!!!!!

My daughter and I spent a couple of nights at Dovers House and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer. As others have commented the breakfast was very pleasant, local produce cooked well while we waited. The fruit options were particularly pleasant. The advice we were given about the local area, where to go, what to do was invaluable. We particularly appreciated the offer of a lift into Looe and back.

Dovers house is an excellently managed B & B by Tony and Dawn, the breakfast was great all fresh, with plenty of choice. Tony's cooked breakfast is to die for! Our room with en-suite was well thought out and very comfortable with nice touches around. The house is inviting, very clean and most pleasant. We didn't feel like strangers, from the moment we arrived on the drive we felt at home. it was like going to visit your favourite relative who you hadn't seen for a while. This is a great place to stay. The hotel is on a main road but set back so there's no noise from the traffic, its only 2 miles down in to Looe. A great time, thank you.

Dovers House in Looe is wonderful. The hotel is so light and airy, the rooms are light and bright and s very clean. We had room 1 and it was lovely with two big windows, with great views of the country side, with a small caravan park near to but not invasive at all. The room was so comfortable and clean, the best B and B room I have stayed in.

The breakfast was really, good, but the best bit was the fresh melon with seasonal berries, it was really lovely, and a lovely touch that showed Dawn cared about her customers.

The bed was so very comfortable and the bedding really lovely, that meant a really good nights sleep was guaranteed.

The hotel did have a lovely small garden outside the Conservatory with a lovely pond to look at whilst eating your breakfast. The hotel was on a main road, but it never disturbed us, but in easy access to Looe and surrounding areas but far enough out to be away from the crowds. A truly lovely place. Maggie and Pete from Lincoln

Room Tip: Room 1 although overlooked a small caravan site, they could not see not the room, it was interesting...
