Really enjoyed this short break. Clean tidy peaceful and stunning views. Doggy friendly the owner so friendly and helpful. We both said we make it a annual doggy hoilday at this location. Not far from looe which have to say is the most doggy friendly town ever been too. Even does ice cream for your pooches! Really enjoyed it. So peaceful.
Beautiful place to stay with countryside views and very peaceful and quiet. Only a couple of miles from Looe with a beautiful beach and lots of interesting shops and an active night life if you want it. Ange was a friendly and helpful hostess and was very welcoming, she was happy to have us bring our dog along. The accommodation was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. A very enjoyable stay. Will definitely go back again
This is a really nice farm in a peaceful setting overlooking a river valley a couple of miles north of Looe. Sheep and inquisitive chickens just outside your door! Convenient location for popping down to the beach/town of Looe (10 minute drive or you can get a little train!) - we loved buying fresh fish and eating it on the terrace. Also handy for getting to other little beaches / walks along the south coast which is an areas of outstanding natural beauty. The flat has everything you need, including decent wifi, and Ange is on hand in the farmhouse and a very considerate host. Definitely recommend - an attractive and relaxing spot.
Riverview Farm looks over the East Looe River and a small lake in a rural but accesible location just 2 miles from Looe and its sandy beach The accomodation was well equipped, clean and comfortable with its own private outdoor space, filled with flowering tubs, overlooking the valley. With no light pollution the stars where amazing! There was birdsong all around and lambs in the filed that we could help bottle feed. There are walks around the farm along the river and around the lake with benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Angela was a caring, intresting and knowlegable host and very respectful of our privacy. Riverview Farm is an ideal base to explore this little known part of Cornwall (just 2 hours from Bristol!) - its a mix of beautiful rivers, hidden coves and wooded valleys with the bustling town of Looe just 2 miles - we took the little train from the small station 7 minutes walk through the edge of a bluebell wood. The Eden project is 20 minutes away but try to visit the hidden cove at Lansalos (NT) or the pretty creekside village of Lerryn - both beautiful and unspoilt. This is a must stay for walking, visiting attractions and gardens & of course - the beach! Looe has many places to eat along the quayside. When you visit Looe - explore the quaint little fishermans cottages just off the high street. We would happily return again and highly recommend this excellent self catering accomodation to others - brilliant holiday!
