5 of us stayed for one night as part of our walking holiday and it was the best hotel we stopped at during our holiday,it was clean, comfy and the food whilst not the cheapest is spot on,staff are really friendly and always ready to help.
Rooms are large with a bath and if you can get a sea view room all the better as in my opinion it's the best view in the world.

Ps only down side is no sky sports :(

Stayed here as as a treat for me and the wife. Hotel is in probably one of the most unique locations in the world. Booked a premier room with b&b and had a stunning, uninterrupted view of Longships Lighthouse and beyond. The room was beautifully furnished, and was very welcoming. All the staff were very helpful and very polite. Will definately be booking a room here again. If you are looking for a nice hotel with wonderful views and friendly staff, then give this hotel a go. You won't regret it.

Had a Saturday night break with sisters and Mum recently. The Hotel is being refurbished, the communal areas looked very smart but still created a relaxed atmostphere. The glass fronted dining area provides brilliant views of the cliffs and the Isles of Scilly in the distance. The rooms were pleasant but probably awaiting redecorating as the furniture was a little tired. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
We didn't have a restaurant meal but the menu looked appetising.
I would definitly go again and walk some of the cliff path in good weather!

Room Tip: There is no lift which could be a problem for anyone with walking difficulties. If you want a sea v...

Greetings from Land’s End. We are very glad that you all enjoyed your stay here. We refurbished our downstairs about 2 years ago. We are hoping to continue with the refurbishment upstairs this winter. We are aware that some of our furniture and décor is a little tired, however we do try to reflect this in our very reasonable pricing. We certainly look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

We took up the "Spring Break" offer and found it to be good value for money. We were in a standard double room on the top storey. The room was clean and though small included everything you would require. The bathroom was a good size. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was busy and can only assume others were enticed by the special offer. What makes the place is of course the setting - having breakfast overlooking the headland was quite unique. The only fault that we could comment on was that the heating system could do with upgrading. It was a particularly cold time of year and I don't think the system and "secondary glazing" was up to the mark. The breakfast was self-service with the usual variety and set us up for the rest of the day. There were also menu items included (eg kippers, etc). We took the coast footpath to Sennan Cove which is quite rocky in places but well worth the effort. Would go back.

Room Tip: Obviously because of the position a sea view would be good

Many thanks from us all at The Land’s End Hotel for taking the time to write your review. We are very glad that you were able to take advantage of our brilliant value ‘Spring Saver ‘ offer, and that you enjoyed your stay. With regards to the heating system, we are in the early stages of upgrading our boilers and heating system. Being such a big job that will require us to close the hotel for a period of time, we are hoping that by next winter this work will be completed. We do get a lot of compliments about our generous breakfast and not long ago we also launched our breakfast menu which gives even more choice. I’m glad that you took the opportunity to explore the great footpaths we are so fortunate to have on our doorstep. At the moment there is work being undertaken on the Sennen path, which the South West Coast Path Association hopes to finish by the summer. You will have to visit us again sometime and see if the changes have made the path a bit easier.

We stayed only one night , this time! The hotel is so full of character and the staff are very helpful . The receptionist was also very friendly as was the waitress and waiter in the dining room. The food was absolutely first class . Best meal we have had in a long while in a restaurant. And what a view! We stayed in room 28 with nothing in front of us except sea, sky and lighthouses. Magical. This time the attractions weren't open but you do get free admission included in the hotel stay . We would definitely recommend The Lands End Hotel to anyone .

Room Tip: Room 28 is fabulous . Uninterrupted views

OK... so here's the thing... this is now a superb hotel and fabulous value for money.

We booked for just one night but will absolutely stay again. Our room overlooked the sea. It was clean, very comfy and warm.

Sam the barman/waiter was both friendly and professional and looked after us throughout our evening meal. There was a happy, friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast was fabulous. We appreciated Fair Trade tea and coffee. Breathtaking walks right outside the door. This out of season stay was way beyond our expectations. The best short stay we have ever had in the UK!

Room Tip: It is worth asking for a Premier upgrade. Ours was room 24. Great vies of the sea...
