From the start when we were welcomed by David & he guided us to our parking, we felt this was going to be a good experience. We had dinner at Bosanneth that evening; it was home cooked and very good. The next night we chose to eat out at a good local restaurant, and on reflection we both decided eating in would have been the better choice. Our room was newly decorated, clean, bed very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Meals are large; David apparently doesn't know "small", and very well prepared. Location is quiet, close to the beaches and town. A big thankyou to David and Clive for their hospitality.

i recommend this place unreservedly, it was a complete pleasure to stay there, and I was sorry to check out this morning. David and Clive make you feel so welcome, and nothing is too much trouble for them, you're greeted as a friend. The bedrooms are designed with every comfort in mind, beautifully furnished, and the food is to a very high standard, with lovely teas. A pleasure to stay there, can'r recommend it highly enough. Perfectly designed gardens too!

We had an amazing time staying at Bosaneth, largely due to the hard work that Clive & Davey put in to accommodate all their guests.
The food is amazing, really amazing. (You MUST try the soup)
Having never stayed at a Guest House before I can honestly say that it was brilliant and I highly recommend it.
The rooms are well decorated, with well thought out themes, part of the C&D overhaul that is being done at Bosaneth. Which is turning this Guest House into a more boutique Guest House- a joy to stay in.
The garden is well deserved of its ‘Best Garden Award’ lovely to have a drink or sit in with Bootsy the resident cat.
Once you have enjoyed your evening meal, you can have a wander to the beach at the bottom of the road and take in the sunset at the bar on the beach.
Bosaneth serve the best breakfast-.Forget having a lie in. This cannot be missed with veggie options and locally sourced food. Tastes good and your helping the local community.
I have to agree with earlier posts, any-one even considering opening a guest house or working in the industry really should come and visit Clive & Davey at Bosaneth to see how it should be done.
We had fantastic holiday, anyone reading this considering staying.. book in now to avoid disappointment!

David and Clive were very obliging during our stay. They have developed a first class guest house. Breakfast was very good, I liked the availability of the ready to eat fresh fruit, which can be found lacking in some 5* hotels. Everything has been said in other reviews, and we can only concur with the reviews, and know that we need look no further for our next visit!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at Bosanneth Hotel for a belated anniversary break, I left it to the last minute to book and therefore only the North room was available.
Although this room does not have a sea view, the room was newly redecorated and had everything we could want.
The room was warm and very cosy the attention to detail by David & Clive is spot on.
The friendly atmosphere and helpfulness is excellent, they gave as great tips for sightseeing and places to eat.
The breakfast is great and sets you up perfectly for a days walking the coastline.
The Hotel fully deserves its AA 4 stars and I would recommend it to everyone seeking a relaxing break in this beautiful part of the England.
Thank you David And Clive.

We have just arrived back home from Bosanneth having stayed 5 nights for our wedding anniversary. Despite the weather we had a fantastic time, mostly due to finding the best hotel in Falmouth. Bosanneth is in the perfect location, beach is 1 min walk down the hill and Falmouth town centre is less than 10 mins walk. This really is the friendliest hotel we've ever stayed in. We knew we'd made the right choice when, after booking, I asked for recommended restaurants in Falmouth. I received a detailed list from Clive, including phone numbers, websites and also the offer to make the reservation for me! Upon arrival we received a warm welcome and tea on the patio overlooking the beautiful garden, where we met Bootsie (the cat). Our room (Manacles) has a great view of the sea and is tastefully furnished, with a lovely new en-suite. David and Clive have fantastic local knowledge and advised us on the best places to visit. Nothing is too much trouble and attention to detail is fantastic - David and Clive both pronounced my name correctly first time, which is extremely rare for me! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a great choice, each morning I was torn between a full Cornish breakfast and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on a toasted muffin.

We recommend Bosanneth to anyone and will definitely return when we next visit Falmouth.

Michaela & Steve
