A friendly place to stay with a good breakfast, excellent views from the bedroom window and a location that lets you park the car and walk easily into town as well as pick up the South West Coastal Path for the ramble southwards. Reasonably priced too. Oh, and Toots was as wonderful as ever, but you would love a gig where you stayed just across the road, wouldn't you?

We came from Vancouver, BC, Canada, They are in a good location, easy access to the daily bus to town, or a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed using the daily bus to the Eden Project, St.Ives and just taking one to see the sites, all for the cost of the bus - not tour prices.
The views were wonderful! from the rooms and very clean.
The owners are caring and friendly, and look after you.
I am a clean freak and they met my standards perfectly!. Food was excellent Steve.
We would go back again to stay with them.
Thanks to you both, good luck in the future, C and J

We stayed for two nights for a wedding at Pendennis Castle. Currently listed 3* but almost to 4* level (the inspectors are due very soon) the Tregenna is very well situated with the beach a micro distance in one direction and the town in the other - Park your car and walk! You get your own key so can stagger home in the early hours if required.

The rooms and en suites/bathrooms are very clean and nicely presented. Ours had a beautiful view over the harbour and was decorated seasidy which was a nice touch. Everything you could need is available, even cotton buds! Breakfast was lovely - there is a choice of cereals/fruit /yoghurts etc. We had a full english both days and it set us up for the day ahead; please advise if you want a full english beforehand though.

Steve and Jayne are perfect hosts, very friendly and informative. Discount vouchers will be given to you for eating out, shopping etc. Passionate about their business, they see that your stay is as good as it possibly could be.
Many thanks.

My partner and I have just spent a hectic but extremely pleasant 5 days in Falmouth. Tregenna Guest House was a lovely place to stay (fantastic views of the harbour from our room), the welcome was warm, breakfasts great and the room and bathroom clean & tidy. Our hosts ensured we had everything we needed, plus gave us info on where to go and what to see whilst we were there....we will miss our chats at breakfast Steve! I am researching my family tree and will certainly stay at Tregenna on my next visit.
It was like being in a family home, thank you so much!

I stayed there jsut for a night, but it was great. The room was not huge, but clean. The bathroom was really really tine; for a night is ok, but if you have to spend more than this, probably it will be a problem.

The personal was really gentil and the breakfast abundant and well cooked.

He saggested as well a wonderful place for dinner on the seaside. Amazing.

Very nice bed and breakfast, we would definitely stay there again if we visit Falmouth. The owners are chatty and friendly, and make you feel very welcome, and the rooms are very clean. Close to the town, beach and railway, and right opposite the Princess Pavilion.

I stayed at this B&B with my partner. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Slight downside was that our room was next to a toilet and the walls are very thin.
