“What a great place!”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

We stayed here recently, at short notice, for one night and were really impressed. The house has recently undergone a major refurbishment and the quality of the decor is second to none. The shower was a real treat. We received a very warm welcome from Jenny and Andy - and a delicious breakfast! The cost was very reasonable for the quality we experienced and we can highly recommend a stay here.

What a lovely place to stay. I stayed for 3 nights and was made to feel so welcome. Comfortable bed, clean room and very modern yet welcoming decor. Andy and Jenny were really pleasant to be around, and the price was amazing. This guest house is an achievement and a joy to stay in. Would DEFINITELY recommend!! It was so good that I'm returning in August. Thank you both!

Good quality of breakfast! You could choose from toast to cooked breakfast if you want. The hosts of the house Andy&Jenny are both very nice and helpful. My friend left her hand carry when we checked out and Jenny helped her to delivery the stuff to our home address. Thank you Jenny!

Just returned from a wonderful short break at this fabulous place. The newly refurbished rooms are just exquisite and would rival most 5 star hotels, with the high quality fittings and attention to detail. The welcome was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jenny and Andy and see you very soon.

What can I say? This is such a great place to stay if you're visiting Falmouth. Jenny and Andy are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are great and the bathrooms sparkling. We had a lovely bed and sea views...what more could you ask for? As for the food, well, breakfast is served in the lovely dining room - and so promptly...no sooner we sat down, there was a fantastic plate of food in front of us. For me, as a vegetarian, the food is first class and nothing is too much trouble. Even if you eat meat, you have to try the vegetarian sausages...they're the best I've ever had.

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Jenny and Andy - see you again very soon! x

After trying a few guest houses in Falmouth we thought we'd give Falmouth Bay a try being as it recently undergone a refurbishment.
Well it seems we made the right choice! We had a family room that had great sea views that housed an extremely comfortable king size bed and 2 ample single beds, all with luxury bed linen. All of the furnishings were brand new and spotlessly clean, including a comfy sofa, which we thought was a nice touch.
The en suite shower was fantastic with a double shower tray, more akin to a posh hotel! Another nice touch was a shaving mirror that heats up to prevent misting, I'm getting one of those for my house!
The breakfast was also spot on, catering for my large appetite and plenty of choice for the kids.

In all it was a great choice of accommodation, compared to what we've experienced in the past in Falmouth concerning quality and value, this was spot on and although the place has the feel of a classy hotel, the price remains extremely competitive for a guest house.

A big thanks to Jenny And Andy whose professional approach made our stay a joyous occasion and we guarantee we will return!

Room Tip: The family room has great sea views!
