Stay at Greenbanks for 1 night on the Sunday night special offer. Really impressed with the decor of the rooms. Would recommend paying extra for a harbour room as our room was right on the front and people walking by could look straight in to the bathroom. Didnt eat in the hotel as Falmouth town is only a couple of minutes down the road with a wide choice of restaurants to pick from. This is a lovely hotel to take your partner to.

Stayed at this hotel over the bank holiday weekend in a harbour view room. Hotel was busy but parking was never a problem. Our room was very spacious and clean and the views over the river were beautiful. The staff are excellent and very helpful. There was a wedding over the weekend but we didnt hear any noise. We didnt eat at the resturant but the breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice. Only a 10min walk into town, people are very friendly and the local pubs are good. Would go back to this hotel again.

We stayed at the Green Bank Hotel for a week during the summer holiday. The hotel was so charmimg and welcoming to us (young kids) that it made our holiday despite the terrible weather! Our suite overlooked the harbour and was magical. The food was fabulous and the staff were so professional and never failed to find something "extra" for the kids to do. Really recommend to anyone. I find it strange to read some of the negetive reviews as seeing the hotel is only 3star it was brilliant.

Where do you start??? Fabulous!!! We had a harbour view room, which was clean and airy and modern. The staff were outstanding, you dont very often get youngsters with genuine respect, but here they were all polite and helpful, especially Lucy and Matt in the restaurant. I asked if they did de caff tea at breakfast and was presented with the tea along with de caff tea bags for our room!!!!! So very thoughtful. The food in the restuarant was lovely and plenty of it. All in all our stay was perfect and we will be staying thwere again. Thank you GreenBank Hotel. (parking was not a problem at all)

Parking is a problem but there is little that can be done in the location. In any event there were spaces on the hotel quay AND there was a wedding on. Our very pleasant bay window room overlooked the harbour. The room was clean, spacious and well serviced. Service in the bar and restaurant was first class - quick, efficient and polite. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. It's Falmouth - eat the fish, it's fresh and local. AND they know how to cook vegetables properly. Recommended.
Incidentally, the 'sagging' leather sofas refered to elsewhere are mean to look like that - distressed I think they call it.
