“Great value for money”

Five minutes from town, two if you run up the steps ! Spent two great nights here with friends. Rooms were bright, clean and well stocked with goodies. The views were lovely over the bay. Breakfast was smashing with plenty of choice and extra's. The locals were very friendly and had a laugh. Would definately stay again. Thanks.

Room Tip: Rooms 1&3 both overlooked the harbour

Two pleasant nights in Falmouth...... my friend and I had two good rooms with wonderful views across the harbour to the Carrick Roads. Not quiet over the bar but no racket after closing time and, with good breakfasts at a sera-view window, it was a nice place to stay.

Had a great time in Falmouth, it was lovely to find such a wonderful place to stay. We had room 3 on 7th and 8th March. Room had great views across the bay, very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and the local smoked haddock was the best I've ever tasted! A great place to stay and friendly hosts and wonderful atmosphere in the bar downstairs.

My friend and I stayed for a weekend visiting friends in nearby Penryn. The rooms we had were superb, immaculately clean, the bed was warm and comfortable and the view was simply stunning. The full English breakfast was quite simply 5 star and well worth a visit back on its own! All in all I would strongly recommend this as a place to stay in Falmouth and we will definitely be staying again.

My wife and I stayed only for one night but wished it had been longer. Great position, with magnificent views from the bedroom which was spotless and contained high quality furniture.Unfortunately, we stayed on the Monday which happens to be the chiefs day off so we ate in the town. Beer and the locals were extremely friendly. Michael the landlord keeps a great pub. Breakfast the following morning was first class with plenty of choice and quality food. Highly recommended and would definitely return again.

Room Tip: All 3 rooms give you a lovely view.

This is a proper Inn.

None of that namby pamby stripped floorboards, pastel coloured chalk paint, bits of twisted willow and driftwood.

The Seaview has that homely feel that is sadly lacking in so many "inns" that have been taken over by groups and subsequently ruined. Great real ales, locals enjoying themselves, happy and helpful staff and you will never have to worry about standing on ceremony.

The Seaview Inn is like your favourite pair of old slippers, nicely worn in, comfortable and very homely.

The room was clean, smart and tidy, with everything we needed and a view to die for. A soft, comfortable bed and in the morning, a Seaview full English breakfast is essential!
