My Stay at the San Remo was excellent, the room was a good size with a private shower and toilet with free WiFi, tea and home made cake! Jenny and Steve were so welcoming and warm, The Breakfast was delicious and Jenny remembered everyone's order from the day before. I would definately stay here again. Thank you so much.

Ideally placed for the beaches and not too far from the town or Pendennis Castle, San Remo Guest House is a comfortable, welcoming and pretty ideal place to stay when in Falmouth.

The room we stayed in was of a nice size and had a nice view out to the sea. Clean, tidy and with lots of nice touches. Just what I think a guest house should have - those little touches in the room that separate it from hotel stays. Family and pet friendly for sure.

The same extends to the warm welcome from the owners and being put at ease for the whole stay. The lounge has loads of games for the kids although it is equally suitable for a relaxed evening for the grown-ups when it's raining or just while waiting to meet up before a day out.

Plenty of parking when we were there.

The only thing I would just mention that's worth thinking about is that the road is on a hill, although much of Falmouth is anyway, so if walking just bear that in mind, although it looks as though most people come by car. On the subject of access, they have at least one downstairs room, which would obviously come in handy if you can't get up the stairs. There are a handful of stairs from the car park to the guest house, although there might have been a ramp or some other way in that I didn't spot.

Basically, a fantastic guest house with the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, home comforts and proximity to the sea that you may well want in a Cornwall holiday!

Room Tip: The family room is beautiful and strongly recommended.

My family and I have just return from our easter break in cornwall, and I was compelled to write this review. We stayed at the lovely san Remo B and B.WE stayed in the family room as there was myself,my wife and two kids(10&6).The room was large enough for us not to feel cramped. It was very clean and cleaned daily. It is a pebbles throw from the beach and close to the town centre even to walk to.But the overriding plus point of this lovely establishment were the owners Steve and jenny, and their helpful staff.Nothing and I mean nothing was to much trouble even to supplying beach towels my wife had forgot to pack, not to mention a bucket and spade each for the kids.Would highly recommend to friends and family is very good value for money considering the fantastic breakfast you get every morning. Thanks again Steve and Jenny for making our stay so welcoming.vince and Lucia (not forgetting the kids)

Room Tip: Family room if you have young children

I stay at the San Remo regulary as I live in Germany and visit Falmouth, my home town, as often as possible. It is gem of a guesthouse, perfectly located and run by the always cheery owners Jenny and Steve who take a great pride in the cleanliness of the place and provide a super breakfast which will keep you going for the day! This is the place to stay!

We spent 4 nights in this lovely B&B in October. Owners are so friendly and gave that bit extra. Breakfast was very good. Excellent location near the beach and restaurant. Well worth a stay. Falmouth is a good base for exploring Cornwall. Recommend visiting Trebah Gardens which is very close by.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms very good. No 3 has sea view

Booked to stay at the San remo for 3 nights for a wedding this weekend just gone. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Jenny and Steve. The information and help they gave us on the town itself and travel we would need to use over the course of the weekend was great. I was in the single room which was lovely! A beautiful view looking right out onto the sea front. Waking up of a morning to hear the sea was just so nice! Beakfast of a morning was very good and always given a choice! I wouls highly reccomend this hotel to anyone! Its a great place to stay....brilliant prices and in a super location! I will definitely be returning to the San remo next year! Thank you to Jenny and Steve for making us feel so welcome!
