“Fabulous stay, I would fully recommended to anyone”

What a wonderful hotel and the service is first class from the moment you arrive.

Simon and Vanessa are fabulous hosts and their attention to detail is first class, nothing is too much trouble for them.
You are made to feel so welcome by everyone at the hotel, all of the staff there will make you laugh and smile.
The beach is just minutes away, the town center is the same.
Local restaurants will offer you discounts if you mention the hotel and the ones we tried offered great food.

A real pleasure to have stayed there, thanks again for making our stay so special!

Hard to add anything to the positives from other travellers - beautifully decorated house, great location, top quality finishes on everything, great bed, stunning views, superlative hosts.
If i was going to change anything? At a weekend would have appreciated a slightly later breakfast start. And also in the sleek white, glass and chrome bathroom, what mad shopping moment had permitted them to allow in the horrid fake edwardian humorous loo roll holder? perhaps it was meant to be ironic ! Please change it !
A mini gripe, if you want a great place to stay in Falmouth, this is it

Nothing is too much trouble for Vanessa and Simon, they will do all that they can to make your stay pleasant and memorable. The place was spotless and the breakfast specials were a delight and I thoroughly recommend them. Location is perfect for beach, town and Falmouth Town Railway Station, but do beware of the steep slopes; the resulting views however are quite spectacular and well worth the effort.
Eating out can be as adventurous and fun as you want. We ate at Cribbs Caribbean in Arwenack St, only a short walk away. Fresh Oysters, Fish Medley, Caribbean lamb curry all superb tasting and well presented.
Bistro De La Mer can produce a Fillet Rossini with black Truffle and Madeira sauce, that must be tasted. My only criticism being uncomfortable seats.
I'm looking forward to our return visit already.
Thanks Vanessa and Simon for a wonderful weekend.

Simon & Vanessa are wonderful hosts, nothing is too much trouble & they really go out of their way to make sure everything is is perfect for you ... it is a lovely place to stay, close to shops, harbour & town centre. If you are going to falmouth we highly recommend this place. Janice & Andrew ~ Southampton

What a lovely place to stay. Simon and Vanessa were lovely, attentive and informative hosts. We stayed in the Penthouse suite, which was gorgeous with a good view over the harbour. Its location was perfect and within easy walking distance of the beach, town and restaurants. We loved it!

The Highcliffe is situated just a few minutes from the beach in one direction and Falmouth town in the other, Falmouth Town Rail Station is likewise a short walk away with connections to mainline rail services via Truro.

Vanessa and Simon were the most welcoming of hosts and nothing was too much for them when ensuring our stay was first class. They have a very helpful knowledge of the area and the local restaurants etc.

The room was modern and of a very high standard with a great view across Falmouth Harbour. Everything you could wish for was provided; comfy bed, plenty of storage, flat-screen TV with DVD, tea and coffee making facility’s (including a flask of fresh milk), clock radio and a really good power shower.

There is a guest lounge which is comfy and has a good selection of reading material, a TV with satellite and a large selection of DVD's which could be borrowed to watch in your room.

The full English breakfast was cooked to order and accompanied by a good selection of cereals and fruit together with as much tea and coffee (real from a cafetiere) as you want. Specials were also offered which included home made American Pancakes one day and Smoked Salmon with scrambled eggs another.

I doubt we would consider staying anywhere else when we visit Cornwall.
